Abstract
【課題】熱交換器が自動車内で使用されている時に受ける様々な機械的圧力に対する耐性を高める。
【解決手段】本発明の熱交換器は、ハウジングの少なくとも1つの第1部分、又は第2部分が、熱交換コア部の各積層プレートの一端と接触して、熱交換コア部がハウジングにろう付けされている。

Claims (11)
- 熱交換器(10)であって、熱交換コア部(12)と、内部に前記熱交換コア部(12)を収容しているハウジング(14)を備え、前記コア部(12)は積層プレート(16)を備えており、前記ハウジング(14)は、少なくとも1つの第1部分(32;36)と第2部分(30;34)から成る本体を備えており、少なくとも1つの前記第1部分(32;36)、又は第2部分(30;34)は、熱交換コア部(12)の各積層プレート(16)の一端と接触して、前記熱交換コア部(12)が、前記ハウジング(14)にろう付けされていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 第1部分(32;36)は、第2部分(30;34)に関して、プレート(16)の積層方向に自由度を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1部分(32;36)と前記第2部分(30;34)は、熱交換器(10)の膨張を管理/調整するための、相互配置組立手段(42;46)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記組立手段(42;46)はまた、前記第2部分(30;34)上への、前記第1部分(32;36)の位置決め手段であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記組立手段(42;46)は、前記第1、又は第2部分(30;32;34;36)上に位置している爪(42)と、他方の部分上に位置している溝(46)から成り、前記爪(42)は、前記溝(46)と相互作用できることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の熱交換器。
- ハウジング(14)の部分(30;34)の少なくとも1つは、隆起部が隣接している外周部を備えており、この隆起部は、第1隆起部(44)と第2隆起部(40)とから成り、第1隆起部(44)は、ハウジング(14)の組立に関与し、第2隆起部(40)は、ハウジング(14)へのマニホールド(48)の組立に関与していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第2部分(30;34)は、前記つめ部(42)を有する少なくとも1つの第1隆起部(44)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記ハウジング(14)は、冷却液が、前記熱交換器(10)を流出入するための2つの接続ノズル(18;20)を有する上面(32)と称される部分を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換コア部(12)が、ガスの循環用の第1通路と、冷却液の循環用の第2通路を画定していることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記ハウジング(14)は、少なくとも4つの部分(30;32;34;36)から形成されており、そして、少なくとも1つの開口面を有し、前記4つの部分(30;32;34;36)は実質上、4つの長方形のプレートであることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第2部分は、U形をしており、前記第1部分は、第2部分用のカバーを形成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
