Claims (24)
- 熱交換器、たとえば排気熱交換器等のような熱交換器であって、例えば排気ガス等のような第1媒体を流通させることのできる管束等のような流体通路と、例えば冷媒等のような第2媒体を流通させることのできるハウジング等のような第2流体通路とを有し、管束の管端が管底と例えば素材接合的に結合され、また管底がハウジングと例えば素材接合的に結合されていて、ハウジングが膨張要素を有し、膨張要素が少なくとも1つの周方向ビードまたは多数の周方向ビードとして構成されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 例えば金属ベローズ等のような密封要素がハウジング上に配置されており、この密封要素が膨張要素を覆い隠して密封することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 膨張要素が密封要素と一体に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 膨張要素が条溝で覆われる少なくとも1つのハウジング領域であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- ハウジングまたはハウジング領域が、管の長手方向を横切ってハウジングの周方向に延びる条溝を膨張要素として有し、これらの条溝がそれぞれ周面の一部にわたってのみ延び、かつ軸線方向でずらして配置された条溝と周方向で部分的に重なり合うことを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の熱交換器。
- 少なくとも2つの条溝を有する少なくとも1つの条溝群がハウジングに設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 少なくとも1つの条溝群が、熱交換器の長手方向に見てハウジングの中央領域に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 少なくとも1つの条溝群が、熱交換器の長手方向に見てハウジングの一方の端領域もしくは端領域近傍に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 2つの条溝群が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 2つの条溝群がハウジングの両方の端領域または端領域近傍に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の熱交換器。
- 条溝群が少なくとも2つの条溝または多数の条溝、3つ、4つ、5つ、6つ等の条溝を有することを特徴とする、請求項9記載の熱交換器。
- ハウジング内または1つの条溝群内に4つの条溝が配置されており、2つの横平面の1つにおいて半分よりも少ない周面にわたってそれぞれ2つの条溝が延びており、一方の横平面の条溝のない領域に他方の横平面の条溝付き領域が向き合うことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 条溝群当り2つの条溝を配置する場合条溝は離間し、かつそれらの長さの部分領域において並んで延びて両者間に細い腹部を残すように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 条溝群当り3つの条溝を配置する場合条溝は離間し、かつそれらの長さの部分領域において並んで延びてそれらの間に2つの細い腹部を残すように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- ハウジングの周面にわたって見て1つの条溝群において少なくとも2つの腹部または3つ、4つ等の複数の腹部が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 群当り2つの腹部を配置する場合1つの条溝群において腹部がハウジングの半径方向に見て向き合うことを特徴とする、請求項15記載の熱交換器。
- 群当り2つ以上の腹部を配置する場合1つの条溝群において腹部がハウジングの周方向に見て均一に分布していることを特徴とする、請求項15記載の熱交換器。
- ハウジングの4箇所で部分的に重なり合う4つの条溝によって4つの腹部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- ハウジングの4箇所で部分的に重なり合う6つの条溝によって4×2の平行な腹部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 条溝がそれらの端領域に滴形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜19のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- レーザ切断、ウォータジェット切断、ソーイング、フライス削り、放電加工または打抜きのうちの1つの方法で条溝がハウジングに設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜20のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 膨張要素および/または密封要素が金属、鋼、エラストマー、シリコンのうちの1つの材料で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜21のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 膨張要素および/または密封要素が1つまたは2つのハウジング部分と結合され、またはこれらと一体に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜22のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 膨張要素および/または密封要素が溶接、ろう接、締付要素または接着によってハウジングと結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜23のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
