Claims (21)
- 一つ以上の物品を包装する包装材であって、該包装材は包装されるべき物品上に収縮される熱収縮プラスチック材料製のスリーブ(11)により構成され、前記スリーブは半分に折畳まれて且つ対応する端部領域同士が接合される薄膜材から作成される、包装材において、
所定パターン(15)が、前記スリーブ(11)の外側面(13)および/または内側面(14)上に浮き彫りで現れ且つ包装されるべき物品上へと前記スリーブが収縮された後に残存する如く、前記スリーブ(11)の壁部は、少なくとも部分的に前記所定パターン(15)によりエンボス加工される、ことを特徴とする物品用包装材。 - 前記スリーブ(11)を構成する前記薄膜材は、その組成中にエラストマ相を有する半硬質の薄膜材である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の物品用包装材。
- エンボス加工済みパターン(15)の箇所において、前記スリーブの収縮の間に浮き彫りの保持を促進する所定位置に配置される技術的作用物質(16、17)により、前記スリーブ(11)の前記内側面(14)および/または前記外側面(13)は、少なくとも部分的に被覆される、ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の物品用包装材。
- 前記スリーブ(11)の前記内側面(14)および/または前記外側面(13)は、前記技術的作用物質(16、17)により、包装されるべき物品上への前記スリーブ(11)の収縮の間において高収縮比、特に約10%から15%を超える収縮比が伴うエンボス加工領域の箇所にて被覆されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の物品用包装材。
- 前記技術的作用物質(16)は、前記内側面(14)および/または前記外側面(13)上に被覆され、且つ、前記技術的作用物質は、前記エンボス加工済みパターン(15)の箇所において、前記スリーブ(11)の壁部の収縮を局所的に阻止する熱硬化性ワニスなどである、ことを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載の物品用包装材。
- 前記技術的作用物質(16)は、前記内側面(14)および/または前記外側面(13)上に被覆され、且つ、前記技術的作用物質は、前記スリーブ(11)の収縮の間に前記エンボス加工済みパターン(15)の箇所において、前記スリーブ(11)の壁部を局所的に押し戻す熱膨潤性ワニスである、ことを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載の物品用包装材。
- 前記熱硬化性もしくは熱膨潤性の技術的ワニス(16)は、前記スリーブ(11)を構成する前記薄膜材を熱収縮させるための温度範囲に適合する温度にて再活性化可能である如く選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の物品用包装材。
- 前記熱硬化性もしくは熱膨潤性の技術的ワニス(16)は、前記エンボス加工済みパターン(15)を囲繞する領域上に載置される、ことを特徴とする請求項5から請求項7のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の物品用包装材。
- 前記熱硬化性もしくは熱膨潤性の技術的ワニス(16)は、前記エンボス加工済みパターン(15)により形成された凹所において、前記スリーブ(11)の前記内側面(14)または前記外側面(13)上に載置される、ことを特徴とする請求項5から請求項8のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の物品用包装材。
- 前記技術的作用物質(17)は、前記エンボス加工済みパターン(15)により形成された凹所において、前記スリーブ(11)の前記内側面(14)または前記外側面(13)上に載置され、且つ、前記技術的作用物質は、硬質もしくは半硬質のインサートである、ことを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載の物品用包装材。
- 前記硬質もしくは半硬質のインサート(17)は、その自由面上に、微細スクリーン(17'、17")、特にレンズ形式の多重回折スクリーンを呈する、ことを特徴とする請求項10記載の物品用包装材。
- 前記スリーブ(11)の前記内側面(14)および/または前記外側面(13)は、前記エンボス加工済みパターン(15)により形成された浮き彫り部分の少なくとも一定箇所にわたりスクリーンなどを呈する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項11のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の物品用包装材。
- 熱収縮スリーブ(11)を構成する薄膜材(F)は、平坦とされながら所定パターン(15)によりエンボス加工され、エンボス加工された前記薄膜材(F)は、引き続き半分に折畳まれることから、前記所定パターンは前記薄膜材の凸状外側面(13)および/または凹状内側面(14)上に浮き彫りで現れ、且つ、対応する端部領域(12)同士は接合される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の物品用包装材を製造する方法。
- 組成中にエラストマ相を有する半硬質の薄膜材が、使用される、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記薄膜材(F)は、エンボス加工の凹所側に対応する前記薄膜材の面および/または逆側の面上で、エンボス加工されるべき又は既にエンボス加工された前記所定パターン(15)の箇所にて、前記薄膜材の壁部の収縮の間に浮き彫りの保持を促進する所定位置に配置される技術的作用物質(16、17)により、被覆される、ことを特徴とする請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記薄膜材の対応する面は、熱硬化性ワニスなどにより、又は、熱膨潤性ワニスなどにより構成された技術的ワニス(16)で被覆される、ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記エンボス加工を行う段階および選択的に技術的ワニス(16)により局所的に被覆を行う段階は、
リール(B)上に巻回されることで平坦化状態にて保存され得る連続的鞘体(G)へと前記薄膜材(F)が成形され、物品の包装に使用される前記スリーブ(11)が前記連続的鞘体をセグメントへと切断することで得られる以前に、
前記薄膜材(F)が平坦状で進行する間に、前記薄膜材(F)上にて連続的に実施される、ことを特徴とする請求項15または請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記薄膜材の対応する面は、エンボス加工の凹所において、硬質もしくは半硬質のインサートにより構成された技術的作用物質(17)で被覆される、ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記硬質もしくは半硬質のインサート(17)の自由面は、微細スクリーン、特にレンズ形式の多重回折スクリーンを呈すべく加工される、ことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記エンボス加工を行う段階および前記インサート(17)を所定位置に載置する段階、ならびに、選択的に前記インサートを加工する段階は、
リール(B)上に巻回されることで平坦化状態にて保存可能な連続的鞘体(G)へと前記薄膜材(F)が成形され、物品の包装に使用される前記スリーブ(11)が前記連続的鞘体をセグメントへと切断することで得られる以前に、
前記薄膜材(F)が平坦状で進行する間に、前記薄膜材(F)上にて連続的に実施される、ことを特徴とする請求項18または請求項19に記載の方法。 - 前記薄膜材(F)は、平坦状で進行しながら、浮き彫りのエンボス加工済みパターンの少なくとも一定部分の箇所において、スクリーン形成などがなされる、ことを特徴とする請求項17または請求項20に記載の方法。
