Abstract
Description
米国特許第3,009,782号明細書による方法において担体に結合された触媒粒子をを有する固定床が水素添加段階で使用され、結果として副生成物の形成はより少なくなり、選択性はそれにより増大する。
ウールマンの工業化学辞典、第5版、第A13巻、第447〜456頁
これらの例を参考例1と同様に実施するが、抽出されていない酸化された作業溶液を水素添加前に、該混合物が0.5〜0.3g/lの範囲でH2O2当量を有するように抽出された作業溶液に添加した。結果を以下の第2表に示す。
Claims (8)
- アントラキノン法による過酸化水素の製造にあたり、作業溶液中に含まれるアントラキノン誘導体を水素含有ガスで水素添加触媒の存在下に水素添加する水素添加段階、水素添加段階で形成されるアントラヒドロキノン誘導体を酸素含有ガス、特に空気でアントラキノン誘導体に再変換し、過酸化水素を形成させ、酸化された作業溶液から過酸化水素を単離し、かつ作業溶液を水素添加段階に戻す方法おいて、水素添加を添加された分子酸素(O2)の存在下に少なくとも0.02ミリモルO2/モルH2の量で実施し、その際、この量は水素添加触媒条件下での爆発限界未満であり、かつ酸素を酸素含有ガスの形で水素添加段階に導入することを特徴とする過酸化水素の製造方法。
- 分子酸素又は空気を単独で、又は水素含有水素添加ガス又は不活性ガスとの混合物で、水素添加反応器中に1つ以上の点で供給する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 抽出段階からの作業溶液を分子酸素又は空気と接触させて、水素添加反応器に導入し、こうして酸素を作業溶液に溶解及び/又は分散させる、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 1モルの水素あたりに、0.1〜20ミリモル、特に0.5〜10ミリモルの分子酸素又は相応の量の酸素含有不活性ガス混合物、特に空気を水素添加反応器に供給する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 酸素含量100vpm〜5000vpmの酸素含量を有する水素含有ガスを水素添加ガスとして使用する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 水素添加を固定床反応器中で0.1h−1〜20h−1のLHSV(時間基準の液空間速度)液体充填で実施する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 貴金属含有の、特にパラジウム含有の、平均粒径0.5〜20mmを有する粒子の固定床触媒を使用する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 固定床反応器をトリクルベッドとして作動させる、請求項6又は7記載の方法。
