(式中、Xは3価元素であり、Yは4価元素であり、nは100より大きく、Rは指示剤であり、mは15乃至350の範囲であり、zは0乃至10の範囲であり、xは7乃至175の範囲である)
のモル関係を含む組成を有する多孔質結晶質物質。 - (a)水、3価元素Xの酸化物、4価元素Yの酸化物、弗化物イオン及び指示剤(R)、の供給原を含有し、多孔質結晶質物質を生成することができる混合物を調製する工程であり、Rが、N−アルキル−3−キヌクリジノール、N,N,N−トリアルキル−1−アダマンタアンモニウムカチオン類及びN,N,N−トリアルキル−エキソアミノノルボルナンから成る群から選ばれる工程、
(b)前記物質の結晶が生成されるまで100乃至225℃の温度を含む十分な条件下で前記混合物を維持する工程及び
(c)工程(b)から前記結晶質物質を回収する工程、
