Description

X2O3:(n)YO2:(m)R:(x)F:zH2O、
(式中、X、Y及びnは先のパラグラフで定義した通りであり、mは15乃至350の範囲であり、30乃至50のような範囲であり、zは0乃至10の範囲であり、xは7乃至175の範囲であり、15乃至25のような範囲である)
のモル関係を含む組成を有する。
風袋を計ったプラスチックビーカー中で、37.5gの0.823MのROH(RはN,N,N−トリアルキル−1−アダマンタアンモニウム)溶液と0.094gのAl(NO3)
3・9H2Oの混合物を13.0gのTEOS(テトラエチルオルトシリケート)とともに、生成されたゲルの重量が12.7gに低減されるまで3日間攪拌することにより、アルミノ珪酸塩反応混合物を調製した。次にそのゲルを乳鉢と乳棒で粉末に擦り潰し、125ml容のテフロンで裏打ちされたオートクレーブに入れた。次に、1.6gの49%のHF水溶液を入れて攪拌した。得られた混合物は、下記のモル組成:
0.6HF:0.5ROH:0.002Al2O3:SiO2:3.7H2O
を有した。
Claims (3)
- ジャバサイトの骨組種を有し、X2O3:(n)YO2、
(式中、Xは3価元素であり、Yは4価元素であり、nは100より大きい)のモル関係を含む組成を有する多孔質結晶質物質。 - (a) 水、3価元素Xの酸化物、4価元素Yの酸化物、弗化物イオン及び指示剤(R)、の供給原を含有し、多孔質結晶質物質を生成することができる混合物を調製する工程であり、Rが、N−アルキル−3−キヌクリジノール、N,N,N−トリアルキル−1−アダマンタアンモニウムカチオン類及びN,N,N−トリアルキル−エキソアミノノルボルナンから成る群から選ばれる工程、
(b) 前記物質の結晶が生成されるまで100乃至225℃の温度を含む十分な条件下で前記混合物を維持する工程及び
(c) 工程(b)から前記結晶物質を回収する工程、
を含む、請求項1 に記載の多孔質結晶質物質を合成する方法。 - オキシジェネート変換条件下で、有機オキシジェネート化合物を請求項1 に記載の多孔質結晶質物質を含有する触媒と接触させる工程を含む、オレフィンを生成させる方法。
