Abstract

Claims (13)
- ガス状の媒体によって貫流され、かつ液状の冷媒が回りを流れ、そのパイプのパイプ端部がパイプ底内に収容されて、材料結合によってそのパイプ底と結合されている、パイプ束と、
パイプ束を包囲するハウジングジャケットと、
を有し、前記ハウジングジャケットは端部側においてパイプ底と材料結合で結合されており、かつ冷媒によって貫流され、その場合にパイプ(5)、パイプ底(3、7)およびハウジングジャケット(2)は、熱と腐食に強い金属合金から形成されている、熱伝達体、たとえば自動車のための排ガス熱伝達体において、

- ハウジングジャケットは、非円形の断面(10、11、12、13)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3に記載の熱伝達体。
- 伸張ビード(4)は、ハウジングジャケット(2)の内部高圧変形(IHU)によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 伸張ビード(4)は、ハウジングジャケット(2)を軸方向に圧縮することによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- ハウジングジャケット(2)は、0.5≦s≦2.5mm、好ましくはs≒1.5mmの材厚を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 伸張ビード(4)は、2≦h≦10mm、特にh≒6mmの高さを有していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の熱伝達体。
- 伸張ビード(4)は、4≦b≦8mm、特にb≒6mmの幅を有していることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の熱伝達体。
- 高さに対する幅の比は、b:h≒1であることを特徴とする請求項7、8または9に記載の熱伝達体。
- ビード(4)は、R3≒sの曲げ半径を有していることを特徴とする請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 特に非円形の断面を有する、パイプ形状のハウジングジャケット(2)内に伸張ビード(4)を形成する方法において、次の処理ステップ:
−寸法にカットされたハウジングジャケット(2、20)を用意し、
−ハウジングジャケット(2、20)をIHU工具(21、22、23)内へ挿入して、工具を閉鎖し、
−工具とハウジングジャケット(2、20)に液状の圧力媒体を充填し、
−内部高圧の構築によってハウジングジャケット(2、20)を変形させて、ビードの前形状(24)を形成し(第1の処理ステップ)、
−内部高圧を崩壊させ、かつ
−第2の処理ステップにおいてハウジングジャケット(2、20)を軸方向に圧縮することにより、伸張ビード(4)の最終形状を形成する、
