Abstract
【解決手段】 両側が開放したハウジングジャケット(6)を有する自動車の内燃機関の排ガス熱交換器であって、ハウジングジャケット(6)内に、多数の互いに隔たった個別のパイプ(1)からなる束が挿入されており、パイプ束の個々のパイプ(1)が、前側のパイプ底(2、3)内に固定的かつ密に捕捉されており、パイプ底(2、3)が、ハウジングジャケット(6)の蓋を形成し、2つのパイプ底の第1のもの(3)が、ハウジングジャケット(6)と堅固かつ密に結合されており、第2のパイプ底(2)は、ハウジングジャケット(6)内に軸方向に摺動可能に密に軸承されており、パイプ(1)が、内側を第1の熱い媒体によって貫流されるように設計されており、パイプ(1)は、ハウジングジャケット(6)によって形成される空間内で軸方向外側に位置し、前記空間は、このハウジングジャケット(6)が、第1の媒体より冷たい、第2の媒体によって軸方向に貫流されるように設計されている。個々のパイプ(1)と少なくとも、熱交換器の熱い流入側に位置する、第2のパイプ底(2)が、耐熱性の金属からなり、ハウジングジャケット(6)が、少なくとも、第1の媒体が熱交換器へ流入する温度においては、熱に耐えない材料からなり、第1の熱い媒体のための流入側に位置する第2のパイプ底(2)は、ハウジングジャケット(6)に添接する前に、ハウジングジャケット(6)の材料がまだ十分な熱強度を有する温度までの冷却を保証する寸法を備えた、ハウジングジャケット(6)の内部で第2の媒体に直接さらされる中間領域を有している。

Claims (6)
- 両側が開放したハウジングジャケット(6)を有する、熱交換器、特に自動車の内燃機関の排ガス熱交換器であって、
−ハウジングジャケット(6)内に、多数の互いに隔たった個別のパイプ(1)からなる束が挿入されており、
−パイプ束の個々のパイプ(1)が、前側のパイプ底(2、3)内に固定的かつ密に捕捉されており、
−パイプ底(2、3)が、ハウジングジャケット(6)の蓋を形成し、
−2つのパイプ底の第1のもの(3)が、ハウジングジャケット(6)と堅固かつ密に結合されており、
−第2のパイプ底(2)は、ハウジングジャケット(6)内に軸方向に摺動可能に密に軸承されており、
−パイプ(1)が、内側を第1の熱い媒体によって貫流されるように設計されており、
−パイプ(1)は、ハウジングジャケット(6)によって形成される空間内で軸方向外側に位置し、前記空間は、このハウジングジャケット(6)が、第1の媒体より冷たい、第2の媒体によって軸方向に貫流されるように設計されている、熱交換器において、
−個々のパイプ(1)と少なくとも、熱交換器の熱い流入側に位置する、第2のパイプ底(2)が、耐熱性の金属からなり、
−ハウジングジャケット(6)が、少なくとも、第1の媒体が熱交換器へ流入する温度においては、熱に耐えない材料からなり、
−第1の熱い媒体のための流入側に位置する第2のパイプ底(2)は、ハウジングジャケット(6)に添接する前に、ハウジングジャケット(6)の材料がまだ十分な熱強度を有する温度までの冷却を保証する寸法を備えた、ハウジングジャケット(6)の内部で第2の媒体に直接さらされる中間領域を有している、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - ハウジングジャケット(6)の熱耐性が、第1の媒体が熱交換器へ流入する流入温度の少なくとも100℃、特に少なくとも300℃下にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- ハウジングジャケット(6)が、プラスチックからなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。
- パイプ底の1つ(2、3)とハウジングジャケット(6)の間の堅固な結合が、フランジ結合であって、そのフランジ結合において2つのパイプ底の一方(2ないし3)がハウジングジャケット(6)のリングウェブ(8)の回りにフランジ止めされていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 半径方向においてパイプ束とハウジングジャケット(6)の間に位置する空間の内部に、プラスチックからなる少なくとも1つの流れシケイン(12)が挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- プラスチックシケイン(12)が、軸方向においてパイプ底の一方(2、1)と、他方のパイプ底(2ないし3)またはハウジングジャケット(6)との間に面結合ないし形状結合のみで、固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
