Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 転がり軸受の内輪を貫いて突き出た軸上にあり、前記内輪の背面よりも向こう側に配置された、中空の変形可能端を引っくり返す方法であって、
前記軸と該軸より向こう側に配置された成形工具とを回転させ、
前記回転している成形工具及び前記軸を一緒に押し、
力が掛けられ、前記軸及び工具が回転している送り段階において成形工具と前記内輪との間の距離を減らして、前記変形可能端を外側を向いて前記内輪の前記背面と対向して配置された成形端に変換し、
力を掛けながら、前記成形工具と前記内輪との間の間隔を維持し、保持段階において該間隔を基本的に一定に保ち、
前記送り段階及び前記保持段階において前記軸及び前記成形工具が一緒に押される力を監視し、
破棄基準を設定する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法であって、
前記基準は、前記保持段階の直前の前記送り段階の終わりにおける最小力を含む、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法であって、
前記基準は、前記保持段階の直前の前記力の最小増加速度を含む、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法であって、
前記基準は、前記送り段階の終わりにおける最大力を含む、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法であって、
前記基準は、前記保持段階の後ろの部分における最大減少速度を含む、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法であって、
前記基準は、前記保持段階の後ろの部分における最小平均力を含む、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法であって、
前記基準は、前記送り段階における変曲点の検知を含む、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 変形可能端が内輪の背面を越えて突き出るように該内輪を通り過ぎた該変形可能端を当初有する軸上に該内輪を固定するための成形端を該軸上に作る方法であって、
前記軸の前記変形可能端に対向して成形工具を配置し、
前記変形可能端が前記成形工具と接触するように該成形工具及び軸を引き合わせ、
前記変形可能端及び前記成形工具を回転させ、
前記軸及び成形工具が回転しながら一緒に押され、前記変形可能端が外側へ変形する前記軸と前記成形工具との間の粗送りを実行し、
前記軸及び成形工具がより低い速度で互いに接近するように押され、前記変形可能端が前記内輪の前記背面に対向して配置された成形端に変化する前記軸と前記成形工具との間の精細送りを実行し、
前記軸を前記成形端において前記成形工具に接触させて保持するために依然として力を掛けながら前記成形工具と前記内輪との間の間隔を基本的に一定にたもつ保持を維持し、
前記軸及び成形工具に一緒に掛けられる力を監視し、
前記精細送りの終わりに近づくときに時間に対して所定の速度で上昇しなかった力で生成された成形端を有する軸を識別する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項8記載の方法であって、更に、
前記精細送りの終わりにおいて所定の最小力を超えなかった力で生成された成形端を有する軸を識別する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項8記載の方法であって、更に、
前記精細送りの終わりにおいて所定の最大力を超えた力で生成された成形端を有する軸を識別する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項8記載の方法であって、更に、
前記保持中に所定の最小力より小さい力で生成された軸を識別する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項8記載の方法であって、更に、
前記保持の後ろの部分において所定の最小速度より大きい速度で減少した力で生成された軸を識別する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項8記載の方法であって、更に、
所定の最小値を越えない前記保持の後ろの部分における平均力で生成された軸を識別する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - フランジ及び該フランジから突き出た軸を備えたハブと、
前記軸周りに配置されたハウジングと、
前記ハブの前記軸と前記ハウジングとの間に配置された軸受とを有し、
前記軸受は、
背面と、
最初は前記軸とは別体の少なくとも1つの内輪とを有し、
前記軸は、
該軸上で変形可能端が前記背面を超えて突き出た位置まで前記内輪が横切った該変形可能端を最初有する、ハブ・アッセンブリを利用する方法であって、
前記ハブ・アッセンブリを成形工具に対向して配置し、前記軸の前記変形可能端が前記成形工具の方を向くようにし、
前記軸及び前記成形工具を回転させ、
前記軸及び前記成形工具を初期接触後は粗送りにおいて一緒に押し、その後、前記変形可能端が前記内輪の前記背面に対向して位置する成形端に変換される終わりにおけるよりゆっくりとした精細送りにおいて一緒に押して、前記変形可能端を前記工具によって外側へ変形させ、
前記内輪と前記成形工具との間の間隔が基本的に一定に保たれるように、前記成形工具を一ヶ所に保持し、
前記軸及び前記成形工具が一緒に押された力を監視し、
前記軸が前記精細送りの終わりにおいて経験した力が所定の最小値を越えず且つ前記保持の終わり近くで所定の最小値を越えないあらゆるハブ・アッセンブリを破棄する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項14記載の方法であって、更に、
前記軸が前記精細送りの終わりにおいて所定の最大値を超える力を経験したあらゆるハブ・アッセンブリを破棄する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項14記載の方法であって、更に、
前記軸が前記精細送りの終わりにおいて所定の最大値を超える力を経験したあらゆるハブ・アッセンブリを破棄する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項14記載の方法であって、
前記軸が前記保持の後ろの部分において所定の最大値を越える力の変化速度を経験したあらゆるハブ・アッセンブリを破棄する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項14記載の方法であって、更に、
前記軸が前記保持の後ろの部分において所定の平均力より小さい平均力を経験したあらゆるハブ・アッセンブリを破棄する、ことを特徴とする方法。
