Description
30℃と350℃との間のキュリー温度および6.5・10−6 K−1以上の熱膨張係数を有する強磁性合金層からなり、厚さeEを有し、その化学組成は、

場合によっては、6.5・10−6 K−1以上の熱膨張係数を有し、非固着性または耐食性コーティングで被覆されていてもよい内側部分、
を含む調理容器である。
Claims (15)
- 多層材料から作製される基部および側壁を含む調理容器であって、前記多層材料が、容器の外側から容器の内側へ連続的に:
厚さeEを有し、30℃と350℃との間のキュリー温度および6.5・10−6 K−1以上の熱膨張係数を有する強磁性合金層からなり、その化学組成は、
アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金および銅から選択される少なくとも1つの層を含む厚さeCのコア、
場合によっては、6.5・10−6 K−1以上の熱膨張係数を有し、非固着性または耐食性コーティングで被覆されていてもよい内側部分、
を含む調理容器。 - 前記多層材料が、内側部分を含まず、またeC/eE=6であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理容器。
- 前記多層材料は、熱膨張係数が9・10−6 K−1と14・10−6 K−1との間にあり、場合によってはオーステナイトステンレス鋼の2層間に挿入されているフェライトステンレス鋼の層からなる内側部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理容器。
- 前記多層材料が、30℃と350℃との間のキュリー温度を有し、場合によってはオーステナイトステンレス鋼の2層間に挿入されている、強磁性合金層からなる内側部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理容器。
- 前記外側部分が、47%から55%のニッケル、7%から13%のクロム、0%から8%のコバルトおよび/または銅を含有し、220℃と290℃との間のキュリー温度である強磁性合金層からなり、また、調理容器が、16%から21%のクロムおよび0.4%から0.6%のチタンを含有するフェライトステンレス鋼合金、または16%から21%のクロム、0.6%から1.5%のモリブデンおよび0.3%から0.7%のニオブを含有するフェライトステンレス鋼合金からなる内側部分を含み、前記内側部分が外側部分の強磁性合金のキュリー温度を超えるキュリー温度および10・10−6 K−1と14・10−6 K−1との間の熱膨張係数を有し、前記コアがアルミニウム、アルミニウム合金および銅のうちから選択される少なくとも1つの層を含むことを特徴とする、米、魚または肉などの食品を調理またはフライにすることを意図した請求項3または4のいずれか一項に記載の調理容器。
- 前記外側部分が、44%から47%のニッケル、12%から15%のクロムを含有し、キュリー温度が110℃と160℃との間である強磁性合金層からなり、また、調理容器が19%から21%のクロムおよび0.4%から0.6%のチタンを含有するフェライトステンレス鋼合金からなり、前記外側部分の強磁性合金のキュリー温度を超えるキュリー温度の内側部分を含み、前記コアがアルミニウム、アルミニウム合金および銅のうちから選択される少なくとも1つの層を含むことを特徴とする、野菜または果物などの食品の調理を意図した請求項3または4のいずれか一項に記載の調理容器。
- 前記外側部分が、47.5%から60%のニッケル、9%から15%のクロムおよび0%から8%のコバルトおよび/または銅を含有する強磁性合金層からなり、そのキュリー温度が100℃と260℃との間であり、およびその厚さeEが0.15mmと1.5mmとの間であり、また、調理容器がアルミニウム、アルミニウム合金および銅のうちから選択される少なくとも1つの層を含むコアを含み、そのコアの厚さが1mmと9mmとの間の厚さであることを特徴とする、魚または肉などの食品の調理または保温することを意図した請求項2に記載の調理容器。
- 前記容器の側壁が、前記容器の基部と同じ多層材料から作製されていることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 30℃と350℃との間のキュリー温度および6.5・10−6 K−1以上の熱膨張係数を有する強磁性合金層からなり、その化学組成が、
アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金および銅のうちから選択される少なくとも1つの層を含むコアと、
場合によっては、6.5・10−6 K−1以上の熱膨張係数を有し、非固着性または耐食性コーティングで被覆されていてもよい、第1の外層と反対面上の第2の外層と
を含む多層材料から作製される物品。 - 前記第2の外層が、熱膨張係数が14・10−6 K−1未満であり、オーステナイトステンレス鋼の2層間に場合によっては挿入されている、フェライトステンレス鋼の層からなることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の物品。
- 30℃と350℃との間のキュリー温度を有し、オーステナイトステンレス鋼の2層間に場合によっては挿入されている、強磁性合金層からなる第2の外層を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の物品。
