Abstract
【解決手段】金属粉末を成形、焼結した焼結材料に、水溶性の樹脂溶液を含浸し、次いで焼結材料の表面に付着した樹脂溶液を除去して焼結材料の表層部を焼結生地とするとともに、上記表層部以外は気孔を樹脂で封孔したままとする。

Description
図1(a),(b)は、磁気ディスク装置用スピンドルモータの断面図である。これらのスピンドルモータは、モータケース10,20と、モータケース10,20の内側に配置された流体動圧軸受装置30,40と、流体動圧軸受装置30,40に回転自在に支承されたローター50,60とから構成されている。

Claims (4)
- 金属粉末を成形、焼結した焼結材料に、水溶性の樹脂溶液を含浸し、次いで焼結材料の表面に付着した樹脂溶液を除去して焼結材料の表層部を焼結生地とするとともに、前記表層部以外は気孔を樹脂で封孔したままとすることを特徴とする焼結軸受部材の製造方法。
- 金属粉末を成形、焼結した円環状の焼結材料に、水溶性の樹脂溶液を含浸し、次いで焼結材料の表面に付着した樹脂溶液を除去して焼結材料の表層部を焼結生地とするとともに、前記表層部以外は気孔を樹脂で封孔したままとし、さらに焼結材料の内周面と端面との少なくとも一方に動圧溝を形成してなるラジアル焼結軸受部材を備えることを特徴とする流体動圧軸受装置。
- 金属粉末を成形、焼結した円板状の焼結材料に、水溶性の樹脂溶液を含浸し、次いで焼結材料の表面に付着した樹脂溶液を除去して焼結材料の表層部を焼結生地とするとともに、前記表層部以外は気孔を樹脂で封孔したままとし、さらに焼結材料の一方の端面に動圧溝を形成してなるスラスト焼結軸受部材を備えることを特徴とする流体動圧軸受装置。
- 請求項2又は3に記載の流体動圧軸受装置を備えることを特徴とするスピンドルモータ。
