Abstract
【解決手段】 溶融金属又はスラグ中の酸素活性を測定ヘッドで測定するための、支持管の一端に設けた電気化学測定セル付き測定ヘッドを有する測定装置に関する。電気化学測定セルは、一端が閉鎖した固体電解質細管を含み、その閉鎖端に基準材料と電極を収納している。電極は固体電解質細管の反対端から延び出している。固体電解質細管の外表面にはケイ酸ジルコニウムとフッ化物よりなる混合物が被覆されている。溶融金属及び溶融スラグ、特に溶融鉄鋼又は鉄において、ケイ素又は炭素の濃度を酸素活性に基づいて測定できる。

Claims (11)
- 支持管の一端に電気化学測定セルと測定ヘッドが設けられた、溶融金属又はスラグ中の酸素活性を測定するための測定装置であって、前記電気化学測定セルは、一端が閉鎖した固体電解質細管を含み、その閉鎖端に基準材料と電極を配置しており、該電極は固体電解質細管の反対端から延び出しており、前記電解質細管(5)はその外表面にケイ酸ジルコニウムとフッ化物の混合物よりなる被覆(13)を有することを特徴とする測定装置。
- 前記フッ化物は、CaF2、NaF、SrF2、BaF2及びMgF2よりなる群から選択された少なくとも一種である請求項1の測定装置。
- 前記被覆(13)は約10〜100μmの厚さを有する請求項1又は2の測定装置。
- 前記被覆(13)は前記固体電解質細管(5)の外表面の一部のみを被覆する請求項1〜3のいずれかの測定装置。
- 被覆は、プラズマスプレイ法又はフレームスプレイ法で形成される請求項1〜4のいずれかの測定装置。
- 一端が閉鎖されている電解質細管のその外表面にケイ酸ジルコニウムとフッ化物の混合物よりなる被覆(13)を有することを特徴とする、電気化学測定セルに使用する固体電解質細管。
- 前記フッ化物は、CaF2、NaF、SrF2、BaF2、MgF2よりなる群から選択された少なくとも一種である請求項6の固体電解質細管。
- 前記被覆(13)は約10〜100μmの厚さを有する請求項6又は7の固体電解質細管。
- 前記被覆(13)は前記固体電解質細管(5)の外表面の一部のみを被覆する請求項6〜8のいずれかの固体電解質細管。
- 被覆は、プラズマスプレイ法又はフレームスプレイ法で形成される請求項6〜9のいずれかの固体電解質細管。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかの装置を用いて、金属溶融物又はスラグ溶融物中のケイ素又は炭素の含有量を測定する方法。
