Abstract
【解決手段】
床タイルは、FRP製の基部2と、基部2の表面に一体に設けられ、主として有機系材料によって構成された機能層1とからなる。機能層1は厚みが0.3mm以上である。また、機能層3は有機系材料のみからなる。

Description
上記温感効果を以下の評価試験1により確認した。まず、実施例1の浴室用床パネルと同様、機能層1の厚みが異なる試験品1〜4を製造した。試験品1は機能層1のない市販の床パネルと同様のものである。また、試験品2は150μmの不織布1aを2枚用いた厚みが190μmの機能層1をもつものであり、試験品3は150μmの不織布1aを5枚用いた厚みが527μmの機能層1をもつものであり、試験品4は150μmの不織布1aを8枚用いた厚みが839μmの機能層1をもつものである。
また、上記温感効果を以下の評価試験2により確認した。まず、厚みが150μmの不織布の積層枚数を変更することにより、機能層1の厚み(mm)を0.1〜1.7mmの範囲で変えた試験品を製造した。これらの試験品について、評価試験1と同様、熱流束のピークトップを測定した。結果を図5に示す。なお、機能層1を1.7mmを超える厚みにすることは不可能であった。

Claims (8)
- 繊維強化プラスチック製の基部と、該基部の表面に一体に設けられ、主として有機系材料によって構成された機能層とからなり、該機能層は厚みが0.3mm以上であることを特徴とする温感部材。
- 前記機能層は、繊維が互いに空隙を確保しながら絡み合ってなるシート状の補強体と、該補強体に含浸されたマトリックスとからなり、該補強体の厚みが0.3mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の温感部材。
- 前記補強体は不織布であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の温感部材。
- 繊維強化プラスチック製の基部と、該基部の表面に一体に設けられ、主として有機系材料によって構成された機能層とからなり、該機能層は熱伝導率の高い材料の含有率を可及的に低くしていることを特徴とする温感部材。
- 前記機能層は有機系材料のみからなることを特徴とする請求項4記載の温感部材。
- 前記機能層は、表面が粗面化されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載の温感部材。
- 床パネルであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載の温感部材。
- 表面が親水性であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載の温感部材。
