Abstract
【解決手段】ケース11と,正極板21と負極板23との間にセパレータ22を介在して上記ケース11に収納される電極組立体20と,上記ケース11を密閉するために上記ケース11に設置されるキャップ組立体30を含み,上記キャップ組立体30は,端子31aを有するキャッププレート31と,上記キャッププレート31に電気的に連結される電流遮断機34と,ベント35aを有して上記電流遮断機34と接触して,上記二次電池10の内圧によって変形されながら上記電流遮断機34を変形させてこの電流遮断機34が上記キャップ組立体30の電流パスを遮断させるようにするベントプレート35を含む。

Description
図1は本発明の第一の実施形態による二次電池を示した部分切開斜視図であり,図2は本発明の実施例による二次電池を示した部分断面図であり,図3は本発明の実施例による二次電池のキャップ組立体を示した分解斜視図である。
図4は本発明の第二の実施形態による電流遮断機50を示した斜視図であって,この場合,電流遮断機50は円板形状で形成され,この時,この電流遮断機50も所定の曲率を有して形成された凸部50aと,その周囲に沿って上記凸部50aに向かった方向に対して逆方向に折曲された折曲部50bを有する。折曲部50bは,図1に示した第一の実施形態におけるキャッププレート31に上記電流遮断機34の折曲部34bを固定した方式と同じ方式で,電流遮断機50に固定される。

Claims (26)
- 二次電池のキャップ組立体において,
端子を有するキャッププレートと;
前記キャッププレートに電気的に連結される電流遮断機と;
ベントを有して前記電流遮断機と接触し,前記二次電池の内圧によって変形されながら前記電流遮断機を変形させて,この電流遮断機が前記キャップ組立体の電流パスを遮断するようにするベントプレートと;を含むことを特徴とする二次電池のキャップ組立体。 - 前記電流遮断機が所定の曲率を有して形成された凸部を有する弧形状の部材からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池のキャップ組立体。
- 前記電流遮断機の両端には前記凸部に向かった方向に対して逆方向に折曲されて前記キャッププレートと接触する折曲部を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池のキャップ組立体。
- 前記折曲部が前記キャッププレートに溶接によって固定されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池のキャップ組立体。
- 前記電流遮断機が所定の曲率を有して形成された凸部を有する円板形状の部材からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池のキャップ組立体。
- 前記電流遮断機の周囲に,前記凸部に向かった方向に対して逆方向に折曲されて前記キャッププレートと接触する折曲部を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池のキャップ組立体。
- 前記折曲部が前記キャッププレートに溶接によって固定されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池のキャップ組立体。
- 前記キャップ組立体は前記キャッププレートと前記電流遮断機との間に配置されて前記電流遮断機の変形のための支点の役割を果たす絶縁体をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池のキャップ組立体。
- 前記絶縁体が前記キャッププレートに固定設置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池のキャップ組立体。
- 前記電流遮断機がバイ−メタルまたはトリ−メタルで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池のキャップ組立体。
- 前記電流遮断機が軟性金属で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池のキャップ組立体。
- 前記キャッププレート,前記電流遮断機及び前記ベントプレートは絶縁物質で形成されたガスケットと結合されて一つのユニットで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池のキャップ組立体。
- ケースと;
正極板と負極板との間にセパレータを介在して前記ケースに収納される電極組立体と;
前記ケースを密閉するために前記ケースに設置されるキャップ組立体と;を含み,
前記キャップ組立体が,
端子を有するキャッププレートと;
前記キャッププレートに電気的に連結される電流遮断機と;
ベントを有して前記電流遮断機と接触され,前記二次電池の内圧によって変形されながら前記電流遮断機を変形させてこの電流遮断機が前記キャップ組立体の電流パスを遮断するようにするベントプレートと;を含むことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記電流遮断機が所定の曲率を有して形成された凸部を有する弧形状の部材からなることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電流遮断機の両端に,前記凸部に向かった方向に対して逆方向に折曲されて前記キャッププレートと接触する折曲部を有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の二次電池。
- 前記折曲部が前記キャッププレートに溶接によって固定されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電流遮断機が所定の曲率を有して形成された凸部を有する円板形状の部材からなることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電流遮断機の周囲には前記凸部に向かった方向に対して逆方向に折曲されて前記キャッププレートと接触する折曲部を有することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の二次電池。
- 前記折曲部が前記キャッププレートに溶接によって固定されることを特徴とする請求項に18に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャップ組立体は前記キャッププレートと前記電流遮断機との間に配置されて前記電流遮断機の変形のための支点の役割を果たす絶縁体をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁体が前記キャッププレートに固定設置されることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電流遮断機がバイ−メタルまたはトリ−メタルで形成されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電流遮断機が軟性金属で形成されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。
