Claims (11)
- 양극, 음극 및 상기 양극과 상기 음극 사이에 개재되는 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 전극군;상기 전극군이 삽입되는 개구가 형성된 케이스;상기 케이스의 개구에 결합되며, 상기 전극군과 전기적으로 연결된 캡 조립체; 및상기 캡 조립체 내에 설치되며, 이동 가능하도록 설치된 차단판과 상기 차단판과 연결되어 상기 차단판을 이송시키는 구동부를 구비하는 아크차단장치;를 포함하며,상기 차단판은 절연물질로 이루어진 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 구동부는 온도의 상승에 따라 형상이 변화는 물질로 이루어진 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 구동부는 형상기억합금을 포함하는 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 구동부는 바이메탈을 포함하는 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 구동부는 탄성체로 이루어진 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 구동부는 압축스프링으로 이루어진 이차 전지.
- 양극, 음극 및 상기 양극과 상기 음극 사이에 개재되는 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 전극군;상기 전극군이 삽입되는 개구가 형성된 케이스;상기 케이스의 개구에 결합되며, 상기 전극군과 전기적으로 연결된 캡 조립체; 및상기 캡 조립체 내에 설치되며, 이동 가능하도록 설치된 차단판과 상기 차단판과 연결되어 상기 차단판을 이송시키는 구동부를 구비하는 아크차단장치;를 포함하며,상기 캡 조립체는 상기 전극군과 전기적으로 연결된 서브 플레이트와 상기 서브 플레이트를 향하여 돌출되어 상기 서브 플레이트에 접합된 용접돌기를 갖는 벤트 플레이트를 포함하고,상기 아크차단장치는 상기 벤트 플레이트와 상기 서브 플레이트 사이에 설치된 이차 전지.
- 제7 항에 있어서,상기 캡 조립체는 서브 플레이트의 위에 설치되어 전극군과 전기적으로 연결된 미들 플레이트와 미들 플레이트와 벤트 플레이트 사이에 설치된 캡 절연부재를 포함하고,상기 아크차단장치는 상기 캡 절연부재와 접하도록 설치되며 일단에 구동부가 고정된 지지부를 포함하는 이차 전지.
- 제6 항에 있어서,상기 캡 조립체는 상기 전극군과 전기적으로 연결된 서브 플레이트와 상기 서브 플레이트를 향하여 돌출되어 상기 서브 플레이트에 접합된 용접돌기를 갖는 벤트 플레이트를 포함하고,상기 차단판은 상기 용접돌기에 접하도록 설치된 이차 전지
- 제9 항에 있어서,상기 차단판은 상기 용접돌기와 접하는 면이 곡면으로 이루어져 상기 용접돌기의 외주면에 밀착되는 이차 전지.
