Abstract
【解決手段】正極活物質から形成された正極活物質層が正極金属箔体の表面の所定領域に配設されてなる正極板と、負極活物質から形成された負極活物質層が負極金属箔体の表面の所定領域に配設されてなる負極板とが、セパレータを介して構成された内部電極体を備えたリチウム二次電池である。正極活物質層及び/又は負極活物質層が有する細孔のうち、細孔容積が最も大きい細孔径が、0.1〜10μmである。

(P:加える圧力、D:細孔直径、γ:水銀の表面張力(485dyne cm-1)、θ:水銀と細孔壁面の接触角(130゜))。
マンガン酸リチウム(LiMn2O4)スピネルを正極活物質とし、これに導電助剤としてアセチレンブラックを外比で4質量%添加したものに、更に溶剤、バインダを加えて調製した正極スラリーを、厚さ20μmのアルミニウム箔の両面にそれぞれ約100μmの厚みとなるように塗工して正極板を作製した。
Claims (4)
- 正極活物質から形成された正極活物質層が正極金属箔体の表面の所定領域に配設されてなる正極板と、負極活物質から形成された負極活物質層が負極金属箔体の表面の所定領域に配設されてなる負極板とが、セパレータを介して構成された内部電極体を備えたリチウム二次電池であって、
前記正極活物質層及び/又は前記負極活物質層が有する細孔のうち、細孔容積が最も大きい細孔径が、0.1〜10μmであるリチウム二次電池。 - 前記正極活物質及び/又は前記負極活物質の粒子径分布の下限値が、5μmである請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 正極活物質の正極金属箔体の表面の単位配設面積当たりの質量(A)に対する、負極活物質の負極金属箔体の表面の単位配設面積当たりの質量(C)の比の値(C/A)が、0.9≦(C/A)≦2.8である請求項1又は2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 電池内圧を大気圧に開放する放圧機構を有する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のリチウム二次電池。
