Abstract
【解決手段】ソレノイド作動弁10は、筒状ハウジング60を有する弁本体12上に組立られる、第1磁束コレクタ38、コイル44を有するホビン42を有する。ハウジング60の第1部分を折曲させたタブ70を形成し、弁本体上にボビン42を保持する。また、ハウジングの第2部分を折曲させて別のタブを形成して、第2磁束コレクタ66と調整可能な磁極片72がホビン42に隣接して保持される。磁極片は、ハウジングの一端側から調整するために外部から接近可能である。

Description
さらに、前記ハウジングを配置する工程は、円筒シェルを形成して、ハウジングの基端部に内方フランジを形成することを含んでいる。また、前記ハウジングを配置する工程は、円筒シェルを形成して、前記シェルの回りに周方向に間隔を置いて複数のタブを形成し、前記第1部分を変形する工程は、前記タブを折り曲げることを含んでいる。
そして、前記ハウジングの第1部分は、前記ハウジングに一体に形成された複数のタブを含み、複数のタブは、前記ボビンのフランジ上方に曲げられることを特徴とする。
また、他の構成によれば、前記ハウジングは、略円筒シェルからなり、このシェルの一端に内側に伸びる表面を有して前記弁本体に係合することを特徴とする。

Claims (13)
- (a) 第1磁束コレクタ(38)を有する弁本体(12)を設け、
(b) 前記第1磁束コレクタに隣接する基端部(40)を有するボビン(42)とコイル(44)を配置し、
(c) 前記ボビン(44)上にハウジング(60)を配置し、かつ前記ハウジングの第1部分を前記ボビン上方に変形して、前記ボビンとハウジングを前記弁本体上に保持し、
(d) 前記ボビンの先端部に隣接する前記ハウジング内に第2磁束コレクタ(66)を配置し、かつ前記ハウジングの第2部分を変形して、前記第2磁束コレクタを前記ハウジング内に保持する、各工程を含むことを特徴とするソレノイド作動弁の製造方法。 - 前記ハウジングの第1部分を変形する工程は、複数のタブ(70)を形成して、これらのタブを前記ボビンの先端部上方に折り曲げることを含んでいる請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 前記ハウジングを配置する工程は、円筒シェルを形成して、ハウジングの基端部に内方フランジ(62)を形成することを含んでいる請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 前記ハウジングを配置する工程は、円筒シェルを形成して、前記シェルの回りに周方向に間隔を置いて複数のタブ(70)を形成し、前記第1部分を変形する工程は、前記タブを折り曲げることを含んでいる請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 前記第2部分を変形する工程は、前記ハウジングの基端部に複数のタブ(78)を形成して、これらのタブを前記磁束コレクタ上方に折り曲げることを含んでいる請求項1記載の製造方法。
- (a) 第1磁束コレクタ(38)を有し、この第1磁束コレクタに一端部が近接配置されるコイルボビンを備えている弁本体(12)と、
(b) この弁本体に配置され、前記弁本体上に前記ボビンを保持するために変形される第1部分を有するハウジング(60)と、
(c) 前記一端部から離れた前記ボビンの一端に隣接配置され、前記ハウジング(60)の第2部分の変形により保持される第2磁束コレクタ(66)と、
を含むことを特徴とするソレノイド作動弁。 - 前記ハウジングの第1部分は、前記ハウジングに一体に形成された複数のタブ(70)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項6記載のソレノイド作動弁。
- 前記複数のタブは、前記ボビンのフランジ上方に曲げられることを特徴とする請求項7記載のソレノイド作動弁。
- 前記ハウジングの第2部分は、前記ハウジングに一体に形成された複数のタブ(78)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項6記載のソレノイド作動弁。
- 前記複数のタブは、前記第1磁束コレクタの上方に曲げられることを特徴とする請求項9記載のソレノイド作動弁。
- 前記ハウジングは、略円筒の管形状を有することを特徴とする請求項6記載のソレノイド作動弁。
- 前記ハウジングの一端側には、前記弁本体に係合する内側に伸びる表面(62)を有することを特徴とする請求項11記載のソレノイド作動弁。
- 前記ハウジングは、略円筒シェルからなり、このシェルの一端に内側に伸びる表面(62)を有して前記弁本体に係合することを特徴とする請求項6記載のソレノイド作動弁。
