Abstract
一种电磁阀,其第一磁通量收集器、带线圈的线轴和衔铁装配在阀体上,一管状壳体布置在该阀体周围,使以突出部形式的该壳体的第一部分在线轴凸缘的上方变形以保持该组件。然后将一带有可调节极片的第二磁通量收集器邻近线轴装配,并通过使该壳体的第二部分变形而将该第二磁通量收集器保持在适当的位置。并且可以通过壳体的端部从外部接近该极片以进行调节。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电动控制阀,特别涉及由螺线管致动器控制的阀,更特别地,涉及由较低电压的电源供电的电磁阀,例如通常具有约12-14伏直流电压的车载类型电源。
电磁阀已广泛用于车载装置中,用以控制从贮存装置到发动机燃烧室入口的燃气流动以及车辆的自动换挡动力传送装置中的液压/流。
背景技术
迄今为止,已知的一种构造电线圈和极片固定在阀体上的电磁阀的形式为在阀体周围布置壳体并使部分壳体变形以保持组件。然而,这种布置导致在壳体的最终装配完成前在没有内部保持器的情况下将难以实现内部部件的精确定位和牢固固定。
所以,在需要使用内部保持器或紧固件定位和固定内部部件时,大批量生产耗费了昂贵的附加成本,如客车和轻型卡车中所需要的那样。
因此,长久以来人们希望找到一种用如下方式装配由车载电源供电的在较低电压下工作的电磁阀的方法或装置,即确保阀的部件的适当定位和固定并通过将壳体布置在阀的部件周围和使该壳体变形以保持组件而获得最终组件。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种较简单但有效且廉价的装配电磁阀的方法,其中,将包括下部极片、衔铁和带有线圈的线轴的阀内部部件装配到阀体上,并使该阀体位于壳体内,使该壳体的第一部分变形以将线轴保持在适当的位置。其余的极片或者磁磁通量收集器位于邻近线轴端部的壳体内并能被适当调节,通过壳体的其它部分的变形将其余的磁通量收集器保持在适当的位置并固定。

具体实施方式
参照图1和2,本发明的阀组件总体以10表示,并包括总体以12表示的阀体,该阀体的下部14上具有与阀座18和阀室壁20连通的入口16。
第二或阀体上部22布置在阀体下部14的上方,并封闭形成阀室30,阀体上部上形成与阀座18相对的阀座24。布置有一用于在阀座24和18之间移动的优选地为球的可移动阀密闭装置26。形成在阀座18和阀座24之间的阀室形成开口并通过形成在阀体下部14的通道28,以便提供从阀室30输出的压力控制信号。阀室30内的压力由位于阀座18和24间的球26的位置控制。
阀体上部具有至少一个形成在其中的通道32,用于提供与阀体外部的流体连通,以使流体流经阀座24从控制压力室(阀室)30流向外部环境或贮液槽。
应该理解的是,将阀体12插入流体控制结构(未示出)的入口或空腔中,位于阀体12的外圆周周围的凹槽内的弹性密封环34、36将入口16与控制压力信号开口28分隔开,继而又使(控制压力信号开口28)与排出口32分隔开。
阀体上部22具有与线轴42的下部环形凸缘40相接触的第一或下部环形磁通量收集器38,该线轴同心地布置在该磁通量收集器38上,并且该线轴上缠绕有导电材料的线圈44。如有必要,可以在线轴凸缘40的轴向表面上设置一环形定位肋,并使该肋位于形成在磁通量收集器中的凹槽48内,以使该线轴相对于该磁通量收集器定位和布置。
一可移动衔铁50可滑动地位于线轴内,并具有一布置在中心且例如通过压配合安装在该衔铁上的销或杆52。杆52沿轴向向下延伸,穿过一抵靠在其上的并通过与形成在阀体上部22中的锥形面56接触而定位的导向轴衬或支承座54,以使该杆相对于阀座24定位和对中。轴衬54被一螺旋弹簧58向下偏压而与表面56接触,该弹簧的下端抵靠在轴衬54上,而其上端位于衔铁50的下表面的凹槽内并与该凹槽接触。
一管状壳体或管壳60布置在线轴和线圈44的周围。壳体60优选地在其下端具有沿径向向内延伸的环形凸缘62,该凸缘与形成在阀体上部22上的锥面64接触,以使该管壳在阀体上沿轴向定位。
通过使壳体60的第一部分在线轴的上部凸缘68的上方向内变形而使带有线圈44的线轴42和磁通量收集器38保持在阀体上。在本优选实施例中,变形部分包括多个形成在壳体60的外圆周表面的沿周向间隔开的突出部70。
第二环形磁通量收集器66位于壳体内,并且其上布置有极片72,该极片延伸到线轴的中部,与衔铁50的上端形成一气隙。该极片72优选地螺纹连接在磁通量收集器66中,以便从壳体外部调节该气隙。
弹簧73布置在衔铁50和极片72的下端之间,用以将衔铁偏压到一下方位置,从而使杆52推动球阀26与下部阀座18接触。
应该理解的是,一对电连接端子74、76从线轴的上部凸缘68向上延伸,穿过位于磁通量收集器中的入口,以利于将外部电连接到线圈44上。使壳体第二部分,优选地为突出部78的形式,在磁通量收集器66的上表面变形,通过以上方式可以使上部磁通量收集器和极片72沿轴向抵靠在该突出部70上而保持在合适的位置。
因此本发明提供一种独特且新颖的装配电磁阀的方法,它允许线圈线轴和衔铁通过位于它们周围的壳体的第一部分的简单金属变形而装配到阀体上;并且,随后可将磁通量收集器和可调节极片装配在线轴和衔铁的上方,然后通过壳体其它部分的简单变形而完成该装配。通过壳体的端部可以接近极片,有利于调节气隙。因此本发明提供一种廉价且简单的装配和校准电磁阀的方法,该方法无需单独的用于保持组件使其处于装配状态和适当定向的紧固件。
尽管上文已对图示实施例进行了描述,但应该理解的是,本发明可以有修改和变型,并且仅受所附权利要求的限制。
Claims (12)
1. 一种制造电磁阀的方法,包括:
(a)提供具有第一磁通量收集器(38)的阀体(12);
(b)布置线圈(44)和其近端(40)邻近所述第一磁通量收集器的线轴(42);
(c)在线轴周围布置壳体(60),使壳体的第一部分(70)在线轴的上方变形,并使该线轴和该壳体保持在该阀体上;以及
(d)将第二磁通量收集器(66)布置在邻近所述线轴的远端的所述壳体内,使壳体的第二部分(78)变形,并使所述第二磁通量收集器保持在所述壳体内。
2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述使壳体的第一部分变形的步骤包括形成多个突出部(70),并使该突出部在线轴远端的上方弯曲。
3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述布置壳体的步骤包括形成一圆柱形外壳,并在该外壳的近端形成一向内的凸缘(62)。
4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述布置壳体的步骤包括形成一圆柱形外壳,围绕该外壳沿其周向间隔地形成多个突出部(70),并且所述使第一部分变形的步骤包括使所述突出部弯曲。
5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述使第二部分变形的步骤包括在壳体的远端形成多个突出部(78),并使所述突出部在所述第二磁通量收集器上方弯曲。
6. 一种电磁阀,包括:
(a)具有第一磁通量收集器(38)的阀体(12),一线轴的一端邻近所述第一磁通量收集器布置;
(b)与所述阀体布置在一起的壳体(60),该壳体的第一部分(70)变形,以使所述线轴保持在所述阀体上;以及
(c)邻近所述线轴远端布置的第二磁通量收集器(66),其中,所述壳体的第二部分(78)变形,以保持所述第二磁通量收集器。
7. 如权利要求6所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述亮体的所述第一部分包括多个与该壳体一体形成的突出部(70)。
8. 如权利要求7所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述突出部在线轴的凸缘的上方弯曲。
9. 如权利要求6所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述壳体的所述第二部分包括多个与该壳体一体形成的突出部(78)。
10. 如权利要求9所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述突出部在所述第二磁通量收集器的上方弯曲。
11. 如权利要求6所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述壳体具有整体呈圆柱形的管状构形。
12. 如权利要求11所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述壳体的一端具有与所述阀体接合的向内延伸的表面(62)。
