Abstract
【解決手段】略円筒形状のヨーク4Aと、該ヨークの内周に周方向に第1の隙間をもって固着される複数の永久磁石4Cとを有する固定子4と、該永久磁石の内側に径方向に第2の隙間をもって挿通される回転子2と、固定子及び回転子を収容する外枠部5と、外枠部に設けられ、隙間と大気とを連通させる通気口5aと、を有する電動工具において、鉄等の強磁性体からなる防塵部材19を、固定子に連接するように設け、防塵部材に第1及び第2の隙間から通気口を経て大気まで通じる通路内に介在する突起部を設ければ、防塵部材は励磁され、通気口から侵入した鉄粉を第1及び第2の隙間に侵入する前に吸着することができる。

Claims (4)
- 略円筒形状のヨークと、該ヨークの内周に周方向に第1の隙間をもって固着される複数の永久磁石とを有する固定子と、該永久磁石の内側に径方向に第2の隙間をもって挿通される回転子と、該固定子及び該回転子を収容する外枠部と、該外枠部に設けられ、該第1及び第2の隙間と大気とを連通させる通気口と、を有する電動工具において、
鉄等の強磁性体からなる防塵部材を、固定子に連接するように設け、該防塵部材に該第1及び第2の隙間から該通気口を経て大気まで通じる通路内に介在する突起部を設けることを特徴とする電動工具。 - 該回転子は遠心ファンを有し、該突起部は、該遠心ファンの外周から該通気口を経て大気まで通じる通路内に介在することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動工具。
- 該防塵部材は該回転子が挿通可能な穴部を有し、該突起部は該穴部の端面から軸方向に延びることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動工具。
- 略円筒形状のヨークと、該ヨークの内周に周方向に第1の隙間をもって固着される複数の永久磁石とを有する固定子と、該永久磁石の内側に径方向に第2の隙間をもって挿通される回転子と、該固定子及び該回転子を収容する外枠部と、該外枠部に設けられ、該隙間と大気とを連通させる通気口と、を有する電動工具において、
鉄等の強磁性体からなる防塵部材を、固定子に連接するように設け、該防塵部材は該固定子の端面において第2の隙間を塞ぐように設けられることを特徴とする電動工具。
