Abstract
【解決手段】フェルール2にグロメット4を介して光ファイバ3を挿通し、フェルール2はOリング5を介してインターフェースボックス1の貫通孔11に挿通し、クリップ7でフェルール2をボックス壁10に固定するとともに、受発光素子60が固定されたジョイント部材6をフェルール2に嵌合固定した。
ジョイント部材6を嵌合固定することで光ファイバ3と受発光素子60とを光軸が合った状態で容易に接続でき、グロメット4とOリング5で振動を吸収するとともに水の浸入を防止する。

Claims (2)
- 光ファイバと、該光ファイバへ信号を送る及び/又は該光ファイバからの信号を処理するインターフェースボックスとの接続構造であって、
該インターフェースボックスの壁面に形成された貫通孔に挿通され該光ファイバが挿通される第1挿通孔をもつフェルールと、
該光ファイバが挿通される第2挿通孔をもち、該第1挿通孔と該第2挿通孔とが同軸に連通するように該インターフェースボックスの外部側から該フェルールに液密に固定されるとともに該第2挿通孔の内周面と挿通された該光ファイバとの間をシールするグロメットと、
該フェルールの該インターフェースボックスに対する少なくとも軸方向の相対移動を規制する規制手段と、
該フェルールの外周表面と該貫通孔の内周面との間をシールするシール部材と、
該インターフェースボックスの内部側に突出する該フェルールと同軸に嵌合固定され、該フェルールの先端の該第1挿通孔の開口に表出する該光ファイバの端面へ信号を送る及び/又は該光ファイバからの信号を受ける受発光素子が保持されたジョイント部材と、からなることを特徴とする光ファイバ接続構造。 - 前記シール部材はOリングである請求項1に記載の光ファイバ接続構造。
