Abstract
【解決手段】 変位阻止体28を離反方向Y1に螺退することで、支持体26と変位阻止体28との間に隙間が形成され、支持体26を位置調整可能な状態にすることができる。また2つの歯車間を所望の中心距離に調整するにあたって、2つの歯車間の中心距離が所望の距離となるように支持体26を近接離反方向Yに位置調整する。次に変位阻止体28を近接方向Y2に螺進させて、変位阻止体28を支持体26に当接させる。変位阻止体28は、固定体27に螺合した状態で支持体26に当接することで、支持体26に衝撃が与えられても支持体26が離反方向Y1へ変位することを阻止することができる。これによって2つの歯車の中心距離が所望の距離よりも大きくなることを防ぐことができる。

固定体に、第1の回転軸線まわりに回転可能に支持される第1の歯車と、
第1の歯車と噛合可能な第2の歯車と、
第1の回転軸線に近接および離反する近接離反方向へ変位自在に固定体に設けられ、第2の歯車を第2の回転軸線まわりに回転自在に支持する支持体と、
固定体に対して、前記近接離反方向へ螺進および螺退可能に設けられ、第1の回転軸線とは反対側から直接的または間接的に支持体を支持して、支持体が第1の回転軸線から離反する離反方向へ変位することを阻止する駆動部材とを含むことを特徴とする歯車支持構造である。
駆動部材は、固定体に対して螺進または螺退することによって、当接片を近接離反方向へ変位駆動することを特徴とする。
前記歯車支持構造に設けられる歯車を備える動力伝達機構によって、駆動源からの動力をロボットアームに伝達して、ロボットアームを変位駆動する駆動手段とを含むことを特徴とするロボットである。
入力歯車702および出力歯車707は、固定体27に対してスライド変位を阻止した状態で回転可能に支持される。

Claims (7)
- 固定体と、
固定体に、第1の回転軸線まわりに回転可能に支持される第1の歯車と、
第1の歯車と噛合可能な第2の歯車と、
第1の回転軸線に近接および離反する近接離反方向へ変位自在に固定体に設けられ、第2の歯車を第2の回転軸線まわりに回転自在に支持する支持体と、
固定体に対して、前記近接離反方向へ螺進および螺退可能に設けられ、第1の回転軸線とは反対側から直接的または間接的に支持体を支持して、支持体が第1の回転軸線から離反する離反方向へ変位することを阻止する駆動部材とを含むことを特徴とする歯車支持構造。 - 支持体を固定体に装着するための支持体締結体であって、弛緩状態では支持体の固定体に対する前記近接離反方向の変位を許容し、緊結状態では摩擦抵抗力を利用して支持体の固定体に対する変位を阻止する支持体締結体をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の歯車支持構造。
- 前記近接離反方向へ変位可能に設けられ、支持体に当接される当接片をさらに含み、
駆動部材は、固定体に対して螺進または螺退することによって、当接片を近接離反方向へ変位駆動することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の歯車支持構造。 - 当接片および支持体は、いずれか一方がいずれか他方に嵌まり込んだ状態で相互に当接していることを特徴とする請求項3記載の歯車支持構造。
- 駆動部材は、第2の回転軸線を含みかつ前記近接離反方向に平行な仮想平面の両側に2つ以上配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の歯車支持構造。
- 当接片を固定体に装着するための当接片締結体であって、弛緩状態では当接体の固定体に対する前記近接離反方向の変位を許容し、緊結状態では摩擦抵抗力を利用して当接片の固定体に対する変位を阻止する当接片締結体をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の歯車支持構造。
- ロボットアームと、
請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の歯車支持構造に設けられる歯車を備える動力伝達機構によって、駆動源からの動力をロボットアームに伝達して、ロボットアームを変位駆動する駆動手段とを含むことを特徴とするロボット。
