Abstract
【解決手段】 パーフルオロエラストマーの架橋成形体を、非晶質ふっ素樹脂を不燃性ふっ素溶剤に溶解した溶液に浸漬し、室温で風乾後、50℃以上で加熱処理して金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体を得る。

Description
本発明はまた、200〜300℃における金属との固着力が、非晶質ふっ素樹脂被覆されていないパーフルオロエラストマー成形体に対し50%以下であることを特徴とする金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体である。
本発明は更に、非晶質ふっ素樹脂のガラス転移温度が200℃以上であることを特徴とする金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体である。
本発明は更に、非晶質ふっ素樹脂の分子量が5000〜30万であり、かつ、ふっ素溶媒に可溶であることを特徴とする金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体である。
本発明は更に、非晶質ふっ素樹脂のふっ素含有量が40質量%以上であり、かつ、ふっ素溶媒に可溶であることを特徴とする金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体である。
また、本発明は、パーフルオロエラストマーの架橋成形体を、非晶質ふっ素樹脂をふっ素系溶剤に溶解した溶液に浸漬またはパーフルオロエラストマーの架橋成形体に前記溶液を塗布し、室温で風乾した後、50℃以上で加熱処理することを特徴とする金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体の製造方法である。
更には、本発明は、上記の金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体からなる、半導体製造装置用ゴム材料、半導体搬送用用ゴム材料、液晶装置製造装置用ゴム材料、食品製造装置用ゴム材料、食品移送器用ゴム材料、食品貯蔵器用ゴム材料及び医療部品用ゴム材料である。
・3元系共重合体 100重量部
・2,2’−ビス(3−アミノ−4−ヒドロキシフェニル) 1重量部
ヘキサフルオロプロパン
・ジシクロヘキシル−18−クラウン−6 2重量部
・亜鉛華 2重量部
・MTカーボン 20重量部
(固着試験)
各成形体から厚さ6mm、直径10mmの試験片を切り出し、厚さ2mm、直径90mmのSUS316L板、または、アルミ板で両側から試験片の厚さが25%となるまで圧縮した。この試験片を挟み込んだ圧縮板を、200℃のギアオーブンに22時間入れ放置した。その後、冷却し、この圧縮板をオートグラフで、垂直方向に10mm/secの速度で引張り、その時の最大荷重を測定した。

Claims (13)
- パーフルオロエラストマーの架橋成形体を、非晶質ふっ素樹脂で被覆してなることを特徴とする金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体。
- 200〜300℃における金属との固着力が、非晶質ふっ素樹脂被覆されていないパーフルオロエラストマー架橋成形体に対し50%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体。
- 非晶質ふっ素樹脂のガラス転移温度が200℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体。
- 非晶質ふっ素樹脂の分子量が5000〜30万であり、かつ、ふっ素溶媒に可溶であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体。
- 非晶質ふっ素樹脂のふっ素含有量が40質量%以上であり、かつ、ふっ素溶媒に可溶であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体。
- パーフルオロエラストマーの架橋成形体を、非晶質ふっ素樹脂をふっ素系溶剤に溶解した溶液に浸漬またはパーフルオロエラストマーの架橋成形体に前記溶液を塗布し、室温で風乾した後、50℃以上で加熱処理することを特徴とする金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体からなることを特徴とする半導体製造装置用ゴム材料。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体からなることを特徴とする半導体搬送用用ゴム材料。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体からなることを特徴とする液晶装置製造装置用ゴム材料。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体からなることを特徴とする食品製造装置用ゴム材料。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体からなることを特徴とする食品移送器用ゴム材料。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体からなることを特徴とする食品貯蔵器用ゴム材料。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の金属非固着性パーフルオロエラストマー成形体からなることを特徴とする医療部品用ゴム材料。
