Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、正極缶の折曲部に溝を設けることにより、正極缶と正極部材の接触を防止する。これにより正極部材の割れ、変形を無くし電池電圧異常、電気容量の低下を防ぐ。

比較例1は折曲部Rが0.05mmである正極缶、比較例2は折曲部Rが0.10mmである正極缶、比較例3は折曲部Rが0.15mmである正極缶をそれぞれ用いて電気化学セルを作製した。

Claims (6)
- 正極缶と負極缶を有する電気化学セルにおいて、前記正極缶の折曲部の内面が曲面を形成しないことを特徴とする電気化学セル。
- 正極缶と負極缶を有する電気化学セルにおいて、前記正極缶の底面もしくは側面の少なくとも一方に溝を設けることを特徴とする電気化学セル。
- 正極缶と負極缶を有する電気化学セルにおいて、前記正極缶の折曲部に溝を設けることを特徴とする電気化学セル。
- 前記正極缶に形成される前記溝の断面がくさび型であり、前記溝の断面の角度が90度未満であることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記正極缶の底面にリング状の溝を有することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記正極缶の材質がステンレス鋼、ニッケル、銅、チタン、アルミニウム、金、白金、炭素のいずれかであり、前記正極缶の表面が炭素、ニッケル、チタン、アルミニウムのいずれかで覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6いずれか1項記載の電気化学セル。
