Claims (4)
- 陰極板と陽極板とが,長手方向に1.6〜2.0kgf/mm 2 の縦弾性係数を有するセパレータを介してロール状に巻き込まれて形成された電極組立体と,
前記電極組立体及び電解液を内部に収容し,前記陰極板または前記陽極板が,電気的に接続される外装缶と,
前記外装缶の上部に取り付けられ,前記陽極板または前記陰極板が,電気的に接続されるキャップ組立体と,
を備えることを特徴とするリチウム2次電池。 - 前記セパレータが,ポリエチレン単層,ポリエチレン/ポリエチレン複層,またはポリプロピレン/ポリエチレン/ポリプロピレン複層のいずれかの材質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム2次電池。
- 前記電極組立体は,前記陰極板,前記セパレータ,及び前記陽極板が積層され,ロール状に巻き込まれて形成されており,前記電極組立体は,プレスされることにより,厚さが薄く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のリチウム2次電池。
- 前記キャップ組立体は,
前記外装缶の開口部に取り付けられるキャッププレートと,
前記キャッププレートに,前記キャッププレートと絶縁されるべく,ガスケットを介して取り付けられた陰極端子と,
前記キャッププレートに形成され,電解液注入口を密封するプラグと,
を備えることを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のリチウム2次電池。
