Abstract
【解決手段】 前後に長いミッションケース20内に、少なくとも1個の電気モータ33を有するハイブリッド機構21と、駆動力を前輪側と後輪側とに分配するトランスファ22とを収納してハイブリッド駆動装置7を構成する。ハイブリッド駆動装置7は、その前端の第2の取付け部(第2のマウント部)20fを内燃エンジン5に連結し、その後部の第1の取付け部(第1のマウント部)20hを車体4に固定することで2点でマウント(支持)する。第1の取付け部20hを境に、それぞれ重量物である電気モータ33及びトランスファ22を前後に振り分けて配設することにより、第1の取付け部20hを介して車体4に伝達される内燃エンジン5の振動を低減することができる。

前記ハイブリッド駆動装置(7)が請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置(7)であり、前記ハイブリッド駆動装置(7)が前記第1及び第2の取付け部(20h,20f)により、車両に搭載される、
ことを特徴とする。
図1に、本発明に係る自動車、すなわち本発明に係るハイブリッド駆動装置を搭載した自動車1の一例を示す。同図に示す自動車1は、4輪駆動方式の自動車であり、同図は自動車1を上方から見た概略構成を模式的に示す図と、ハイブリッド駆動装置のスケルトン図とを組み合わせたものである。なお、実際の自動車においては、同図中の左側が前側、右側が後側となる。またハイブリッド駆動装置の前後、上下、左右の方向については、ハイブリッド駆動装置が自動車の車体に搭載された状態を基準としている。

Claims (6)
- 内燃エンジンの後方に配設されて、前後方向に延びる入力軸と、
前記入力軸と1軸上に整列して配設された出力軸と、
少なくとも1個の電気モータを有し、前記内燃エンジンから前記入力軸に伝達された駆動力を変更して前記出力軸に伝達するハイブリッド機構と、
前記出力軸の駆動力を前輪側と後輪側とに分配するトランスファと、
前記内燃エンジンの後方に配設されて、前記入力軸と前記出力軸と前記ハイブリッド機構と前記トランスファとを収納するケース部材と、を備え、
前記ケース部材は、前記内燃エンジンと連結する連結部を有し、車体との間に第1のマウント部を構成する第1の取付け部を前記電気モータと前記トランスファとの間に有し、
重量物である前記電気モータ及び前記トランスファを、前記第1のマウント部の前後に振り分けて配設した、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記ハイブリッド機構は、前記電気モータよりも後方に配設されて駆動力を変更する変速装置を有し、
前記第1の取付け部は、前記変速装置と前記トランスファとの間に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記ハイブリッド機構は、前記内燃エンジンから近い順に、前記電気モータの1つである発電用の第1の電気モータと、動力分配用プラネタリギヤと、前記電気モータの1つである駆動アシスト用の第2の電気モータと、前記変速装置とを有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記第1の電気モータ、前記動力分配用プラネタリギヤ、前記第2の電気モータ、前記変速装置、前記トランスファを同軸に配置した、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記内燃エンジンから近い順に、前記第1の電気モータ、前記動力分配用プラネタリギヤ、前記第2の電気モータ、前記変速装置、前記トランスファを配設した、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 内燃エンジンと、前記内燃エンジンを支持する第2のマウント部を構成する第2の取付け部を有するハイブリッド駆動装置と、を備えた自動車において、
前記ハイブリッド駆動装置が請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置であり、前記ハイブリッド駆動装置が前記第1及び第2の取付け部により、車両に搭載される、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動装置を搭載した自動車。
