Abstract
【解決手段】 圧電基板100と、該圧電基板上であってかつ弾性表面波の伝搬方向に隣接する入力用インタディジタルトランスデューサ(IDT)(4;5、6)及び出力用IDT(5、6;4)とを有し、入力用IDTと出力用IDTとの少なくとも一方が平衡動作する縦結合多重モード型の弾性表面波フィルタであって、入力IDTと出力IDTとの間及び/又はこれらに接続される配線(4c、15)間にシールド電極(12)を設けた。

Claims (9)
- 圧電基板と、該圧電基板上であってかつ弾性表面波の伝搬方向に隣接する入力用インタディジタルトランスデューサ(IDT)及び出力用IDTとを有し、前記入力用IDTと前記出力用IDTとの少なくとも一方が平衡動作する縦結合多重モード型の弾性表面波フィルタであって、
前記入力IDTと前記出力IDTとの間及び/又はこれらに接続される配線間にシールド電極を設けたことを特徴とする弾性表面波フィルタ。 - 前記シールド電極は、隣接する前記入力IDTのバスバーと前記出力IDTのバスバーとの間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の弾性表面波フィルタ。
- 前記シールド電極は、前記入力IDTに接続される入力配線と前記出力IDTに接続される出力配線との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の弾性表面波フィルタ。
- 前記シールド電極は、対向する前記入力IDTの電極指と前記出力IDTの電極指との間に設けられた電極指を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の弾性表面波フィルタ。
- 前記シールド電極は、対向する前記入力IDTの電極指と前記出力IDTの電極指との間に設けられた複数の電極指を有し、当該複数の電極指は互いに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の弾性表面波フィルタ。
- 前記シールド電極は、前記圧電基板上で前記入力IDTと前記出力IDTとに接続されていないことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の弾性表面波フィルタ。
- 前記シールド電極は、前記入力IDTと前記出力IDTのいずれかに接続されるグランド電位とは異なる電位に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の弾性表面波フィルタ。
- 前記シールド電極は、前記入力IDTと前記出力IDTのいずれかに接続されるグランド電位とは前記圧電基板上で接続されていないアース電位に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の弾性表面波フィルタ。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の弾性表面波フィルタを用いた無線装置。
