Claims (9)
- 압전 기판과, 상기 압전 기판 위이며 또한 탄성 표면파의 전파 방향으로 인접하는 입력용 인터디지털 트랜스듀서(IDT) 및 출력용 IDT를 가지며, 상기 입력용 IDT와 상기 출력용 IDT 중 적어도 한쪽이 평형 동작하는 종결합 다중 모드형 탄성 표면파 필터로서,상기 입력 IDT와 상기 출력 IDT 사이 및/또는 이들에 접속되는 배선 간에 실드 전극을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 실드 전극은, 인접하는 상기 입력 IDT의 버스 바와 상기 출력 IDT의 버스 바 사이에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 실드 전극은, 상기 입력 IDT에 접속되는 입력 배선과 상기 출력 IDT에 접속되는 출력 배선 사이에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 실드 전극은, 대향하는 상기 입력 IDT의 전극 핑거와 상기 출력 IDT의 전극 핑거 사이에 설치된 전극 핑거를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 실드 전극은, 대향하는 상기 입력 IDT의 전극 핑거와 상기 출력 IDT의 전극 핑거 사이에 설치된 복수의 전극 핑거를 가지며, 상기 복수의 전극 핑거는 서로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 필터.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 실드 전극은, 상기 압전 기판 위에서 상기 입력 IDT와 상기 출력 IDT에 접속되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 필터.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 실드 전극은, 상기 입력 IDT와 상기 출력 IDT 중 어느 하나에 접속되는 그라운드 전위와는 상이한 전위에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 필터.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 실드 전극은, 상기 입력 IDT와 상기 출력 IDT 중 어느 하나에 접속되는 그라운드 전위와는 상기 압전 기판 상에서 접속되어 있지 않은 어스 전위에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 필터.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 탄성 표면파 필터를 이용한 무선 장치.
