Abstract
【構成】 回路素子を搭載した矩形状の回路基板に金属カバーを被せてなり、前記回路基板は各長辺及び各短辺の側面に平面視コ字状の溝を有し、前記金属カバーは前記溝に対応する開口先端に突起を有し、前記突起には外側から内側に向かう膨出部を有する水晶発振器において、前記各長辺に設けられた溝及び前記金属カバーの突起は長辺方向の一端部側に設けられた構成とする。

Description
水晶発振器は、電圧制御発振器を構成する水晶振動子1及び電圧可変容量素子等の回路素子2を回路基板3に搭載し、金属カバー4を被せてなる。回路基板3はガラスエポキシ材からなり、長辺及び短辺を有する矩形状とする。そして、各長辺及び短辺の中央側面にスルーホール加工による溝5を有する。溝5は平面視コ字状とする。そして、例えば4角部には図示しない回路パターンに接続したスルーホールを有し、底面の実装端子と接続する。

- 回路素子を搭載した矩形状の回路基板に金属カバーを被せてなり、前記回路基板は各長辺及び各短辺の側面に平面視コ字状の溝を有し、前記金属カバーは前記溝に対応する開口先端に突起を有し、前記突起には外側から内側に向かう膨出部を有する水晶発振器において、前記各長辺又は短辺に設けられた溝及び前記金属カバーの突起は長辺又は短辺方向の一端部側に設けられた水晶発振器。
