Abstract
ステッチ不良またはフリッカーを最少化することができる、表示装置用薄膜トランジスタ表示板を提供する。
【解決手段】
絶縁基板上にゲート電極を含むゲート線及び維持電極を含む維持配線が形成されている。これらを覆うゲート絶縁膜の上部には半導体層と、ドーピングされた非晶質シリコンの抵抗性接触層が形成されている。ゲート絶縁膜の上部にはゲート線と絶縁されて交差して抵抗性接触層と接するソース電極を有し、屈曲部を通って二重の線上に配置されている部分を含むデータ線とソース電極と対向するドレイン電極が形成されている。これらを覆う保護膜の上部には接触孔を通ってドレイン電極と連結されている画素電極が形成されている。この時、データ線の一部は隣接する画素の画素電極と重なっている。

・絶縁基板、
・前記絶縁基板上に形成されている第1信号線、
・前記第1信号線と絶縁されて交差して画素を定義し、屈曲部を通じて互いに異なる線上に配置されている部分を有する第2信号線、
・前記画素ごとに形成されている画素電極、
・前記第1信号線、前記第2信号線及び画素電極に3端子が各々電気的に連結されている薄膜トランジスタ。
・絶縁基板、
・前記絶縁基板上に形成されていて、ゲート電極を含むゲート線、
・前記ゲート線上に形成されているゲート絶縁膜、
・前記ゲート絶縁膜上に形成されている半導体層、
・前記半導体層上に形成されている抵抗性接触層、
・前記ゲート線と交差して画素を定義し、少なくとも一部が前記抵抗性接触層上に形成されているソース電極を含み、屈曲部を通って画素の境界で互いに異なる線上に配置されている部分を含むデータ線、
・少なくとも一部が前記抵抗性接触層上に形成されており、前記ソース電極と対向するドレイン電極、
・前記半導体層を覆う保護膜、
・前記ドレイン電極と連結されている画素電極。

Claims (9)
- 絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板上に形成されている第1信号線と、
前記第1信号線と絶縁されて交差して画素を定義し、屈曲部を通じて互いに異なる線上に配置されている部分を有する第2信号線と、
前記画素ごとに形成されている画素電極と、
前記第1信号線、前記第2信号線及び画素電極に3端子が各々電気的に連結されている薄膜トランジスタとを含み、
前記第2信号線の一部は互いに隣接する前記画素の前記画素電極と重なっていることを特徴とする、薄膜トランジスタ表示板。 - 隣接する前記画素の前記画素電極は前記第2信号線の一部に完全に重なることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の薄膜トランジスタ表示板。
- 前記画素電極は少なくとも二つ以上に画素を分割する切欠部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の薄膜トランジスタ表示板。
- 絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板上に形成されていて、ゲート電極を含むゲート線と、
前記ゲート線上に形成されているゲート絶縁膜と、
前記ゲート絶縁膜上に形成されている半導体層と、
前記半導体層上に形成されている抵抗性接触層と、
前記ゲート線と交差して画素を定義し、少なくとも一部が前記抵抗性接触層上に形成されているソース電極を含み、屈曲部を通って画素の境界で互いに異なる線上に配置されている部分を含むデータ線と、
少なくとも一部が前記抵抗性接触層上に形成されており、前記ソース電極と対向するドレイン電極と、
前記半導体層を覆う保護膜と、
前記ドレイン電極と連結されている画素電極とを含み、
隣接する前記画素の前記画素電極は前記データ線の一部と重畳することを特徴とする、薄膜トランジスタ表示板。 - 前記ゲート線と同一層に位置し、前記画素電極と重畳して維持容量を形成する維持電極配線を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の薄膜トランジスタ表示板。
- 前記半導体層は前記データ線の下部まで伸びていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の薄膜トランジスタ表示板。
- 前記データ線の下部の前記半導体層は前記データ線と同じ平面模様を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の薄膜トランジスタ表示板。
- 前記データ線の一部は隣接する前記画素の前記画素電極と完全に重畳することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の薄膜トランジスタ表示板。
- 前記画素電極は少なくとも二つ以上に画素を分割する切欠部を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の薄膜トランジスタ表示板。
