Abstract
【解決手段】高出力電力による溶接中、接合される部片の間の間隙は、最大間隙幅を超えることは許されない。本発明の課題は、一方で板の間の最大間隙幅の維持(超えないこと)を保証し、他方で達成可能な溶接速度の最大利用を可能にするレーザビーム溶接のための方法を提供することである。この課題は、溶接の前に板が最初に仮付け溶接され、また最大間隙幅の維持を保証するために、この仮付け溶接中にのみ板がクランプされるという点において解決される。

Claims (5)
- −少なくとも2つの部片の金属の板が、溶接の必要に応じて互いに位置決めされ、
−その後、前記少なくとも2つの部片の金属の板がレーザビームで仮付け溶接され、
−その後、レーザビームで溶接される、少なくとも2つの部片の金属の板をレーザビーム溶接するための方法において、
−前記方法が、多数の互い違いの局部的な仮付け溶接と局部的な溶接とを含み、
−前記板の間の所定の最大間隙幅が局部的に保証されるように、前記金属の板が、前記仮付け溶接のためにクランプ装置によって局部的にクランプされることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記局部的な溶接中に、前記クランプ装置が次の位置に移動されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記クランプ装置の再配置が、前記板に対する圧力を低減して又は圧力の印加なしに行われることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記仮付け溶接が、細長い継ぎ目を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記仮付け溶接と前記溶接とが、レーザスキャナによって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
