Abstract
【解決手段】直流入力電圧をスイッチングするトランジスタQ1と、スイッチングされた直流電圧を平滑化するチョークコイルL1および平滑コンデンサC1と、トランジスタQ1のオフ時にチョークコイルL1に電流を流すフライホイールダイオードD1と、出力電圧のリップルに応じてトランジスタQ1のオン・オフを制御する比較手段2とを備えたリップルコンバータにおいて、出力端子Voutと比較手段2におけるコンパレータ3の非反転入力端子との接続経路に波形変換手段11を設け、出力電圧を波形変換したものを基準電圧と比較してトランジスタQ1にフィードバックする。

Claims (6)
- 直流入力電圧をスイッチングするスイッチング素子と、スイッチングされた直流電圧を平滑化するチョークコイルおよび平滑コンデンサと、前記スイッチング素子のオフ時に前記チョークコイルに電流を流すフライホイールダイオードと、出力電圧のリップルに応じて前記スイッチング素子のオン・オフをフィードバック制御する制御回路とを備えたリップルコンバータにおいて、
前記制御回路は、出力電圧に比例する信号を波形変換して出力する波形変換手段と、該波形変換手段の出力を基準電圧と比較してその比較結果を出力する比較手段とを備えることを特徴とするリップルコンバータ。 - 前記波形変換手段は、出力電圧に比例する信号の位相を変換した信号を出力する位相変換手段を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリップルコンバータ。
- 前記位相変換手段は、入力された信号を微分して出力する微分手段もしくは積分して出力する積分手段を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のリップルコンバータ。
- 前記位相変換手段は、前記チョークコイルに流れる電流波形を検出して出力する電流検出手段と、出力電圧に比例する信号を前記電流検出手段の出力信号で加工する信号加工手段を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリップルコンバータ。
- 前記電流検出手段は、前記チョークコイルに直列に設けられた電流検出抵抗を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のリップルコンバータ。
- 前記電流検出手段は、前記チョークコイルの抵抗成分を利用することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のリップルコンバータ。
