【解決手段】内球面1aに軸方向に伸びる8本の曲線状の案内溝1bを形成した外側継手部材1と、外球面2aに軸方向に伸びる8本の曲線状の案内溝2bを形成した内側継手部材2と、外側継手部材1の案内溝1bと内側継手部材2の案内溝2bとの間に配された8個のボール3と、外側継手部材1と内側継手部材2との間に介在してボール3を保持する保持器4とを備え、外側継手部材1の案内溝1bの中心Pを内球面1aの球面中心Oに対し、内側継手部材2の案内溝2bの中心Qを外球面2aの球面中心Oに対し、それぞれ、軸方向で反対側に、等距離(PO=QO=F)だけオフセットさせた固定式等速自在継手であって、保持器4の肉厚をA、最大作動角時のボールのラジアル方向移動量をBとしたとき、0.45≦B/A≦0.65の関係が成り立つようにする。

Claims (4)
- 内球面に軸方向に伸びる8本の曲線状の案内溝を形成した外側継手部材と、
外球面に軸方向に伸びる8本の曲線状の案内溝を形成した内側継手部材と、
外側継手部材の案内溝と内側継手部材の案内溝との間に配された8個のボールと、
外側継手部材と内側継手部材との間に介在してボールを保持する保持器とを備え、
外側継手部材の案内溝の中心が内球面の球面中心に対して、内側継手部材の案内溝の中心が外球面の球面中心に対して、それぞれ、軸方向に等距離(F)だけ反対側にオフセットさせた固定式等速自在継手であって、
保持器の肉厚をA、最大作動角時のボールのラジアル方向移動量をBとしたとき、0.45≦B/A≦0.65の関係が成り立つことを特徴とする固定式等速自在継手。 - 内球面に軸方向に伸びる8本の曲線状の案内溝を形成した外側継手部材と、
外球面に軸方向に伸びる8本の曲線状の案内溝を形成した内側継手部材と、
外側継手部材の案内溝と内側継手部材の案内溝との間に配された8個のボールと、
外側継手部材と内側継手部材との間に介在してボールを保持する保持器とを備え、
外側継手部材の案内溝の中心が内球面の球面中心に対して、内側継手部材の案内溝の中心が外球面の球面中心に対して、それぞれ、軸方向に等距離(F)だけ反対側にオフセットさせ、かつ、保持器の外球面と内球面の球面中心を軸方向に等距離(f)だけ反対側にオフセットさせた固定式等速自在継手であって、
外側継手部材および内側継手部材の各案内溝に、直線状の溝底を有するストレート部を設け、
保持器の肉厚をA、最大作動角時のボールのラジアル方向移動量をBとしたとき、0.65≦B/A≦0.85の関係が成り立つことを特徴とする固定式等速自在継手。 - オフセット量(F)と、外側継手部材の案内溝の中心または内側継手部材の案内溝の中心とボールの中心とを結ぶ線分の長さ(PCR)との比(F/PCR)の値R1が、0.069≦R1≦0.121の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1または2の固定式等速自在継手。
- 各案内溝とボールとの接触角が29°〜40°であることを特徴とする請求項1または2の固定式等速自在継手。
