Abstract
【解決手段】消音空間143を有する吸入マフラー140において、第1連通路145の開口端145aと第2連通路146の開口端146aが同一方向に向け開口すると共に、吸入マフラー140を構成する外殻壁のうち少なくとも第1連通路145と第2連通路146の開口端145aおよび146aが開口する対向面に二重壁151を設けることにより、消音空間143内に開放された冷媒ガスの加熱を省スペースで効果的に低減し吸入効率を高めると共に、第1連通路145の開口端145aで放射される冷媒脈動音を効果的に遮音することができる。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1による密閉型圧縮機の断面図である。図2は同実施の形態の密閉型圧縮機の吸入マフラーの断面図である。図3は同実施の形態の密閉型圧縮機の吸入マフラーの分解斜視図である。
図4は、本発明の実施の形態2による密閉型圧縮機の吸入マフラーの断面図である。図5は、本発明の実施の形態2による吸入マフラー内の冷媒ガスの挙動を示す流速ベクトル図である。なお、本実施例における密閉型圧縮機の構成は吸入マフラーを除いて図1で示した構成と同様であるため説明を省略する。

Claims (3)
- 密閉容器内に電動要素によって駆動される圧縮要素を収容し、前記圧縮要素は圧縮室開口端に配設する吸入バルブと、吸入マフラーとを備え、前記吸入マフラーは消音空間を形成するマフラー本体と、前記吸入バルブと前記消音空間とを連通する第1連通路と、前記密閉容器内と前記消音空間とを連通する第2連通路とを有し、前記第1連通路と前記第2連通路の前記消音空間内開口端が同一方向に向いて開口するとともに、前記消音空間を形成する外殻壁のうち少なくとも前記第1連通路と前記第2連通路の前記消音空間内開口端が開口する対向面を二重壁とした密閉型圧縮機。
- 密閉容器内に電動要素によって駆動される圧縮要素を収容し、前記圧縮要素は圧縮室開口端に配設する吸入バルブと、吸入マフラーとを備え、前記吸入マフラーは消音空間を形成するマフラー本体と、前記吸入バルブと前記消音空間とを連通する第1連通路と、前記密閉容器内と前記前記消音空間とを連通する第2連通路とを有し、前記第1連通路と前記第2連通路の前記消音空間内開口端が同一方向に向いて開口するとともに、前記第2連通路から吸入する冷媒ガスを前記第1連通路に誘導する誘導壁を設けたことを特徴とする密閉型圧縮機。
- 吸入マフラーは合成樹脂材料からなり、少なくとも2つの部品から構成されるとともに、消音空間を形成する壁或いは誘導壁が組立て時の接合面に対して垂直に配設されている請求項1または2いずれか1項に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
