Abstract
【解決手段】 左右一対の環状のビードコア18と、該ビードコアで端部が折り返されたカーカス層22と、ビードコアの半径方向外周に配設されたビードフィラー20とを備える空気入りタイヤにおいて、ビードフィラー20のタイヤ軸方向内側における該ビードフィラーとカーカス層22との間にアラミド短繊維を配合したゴムからなるゴム層30を配し、該ゴム層を、カーカス層22に沿ってビードフィラー20の半径方向外方端20oよりも外方に延在させ、かつアラミド短繊維の配向方向がタイヤ周方向となるように設置する。

Description
下記表1に示す配合に従って、配合例1,2及び比較配合例1〜4の各ゴム組成物を調製した。
上記各ゴム組成物を使用して、押し出し機により、下記表2に示す厚みのゴムシートを押し出し、これを上記ゴム層30として、表2に示す位置及び角度(タイヤ周方向に対する短繊維配向方向の角度)にて設置して、タイヤサイズ:195/65R15の空気入りタイヤを作製した。なお、比較例1はゴムシートを配設していない例である。

Claims (6)
- 左右一対の環状のビードコアと、該ビードコアで端部が折り返されたカーカス層と、前記ビードコアの半径方向外周に配設されたビードフィラーとを備える空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記ビードフィラーのタイヤ軸方向内側における該ビードフィラーと前記カーカス層との間にアラミド短繊維を配合したゴムからなるゴム層を配し、該ゴム層は、前記カーカス層に沿って前記ビードフィラーの半径方向外方端よりも外方に延在し、かつアラミド短繊維の配向方向がタイヤ周方向となるように設置されていることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記ゴム層の半径方向内方端が、前記ビードフィラーの半径方向内方端位置と該内方端からビードフィラー高さ(h2)の0.6倍の位置との間にあり、
前記ゴム層の半径方向外方端が、タイヤ断面高さ(h1)の0.4倍の位置と0.8倍の位置との間にあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記ゴム層のタイヤ周方向における100%モジュラスが、その直角方向の100%モジュラスの2倍以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ゴム層の厚みが0.5〜2.0mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ゴム層は、ジエン系ゴム100重量部に対してアラミド短繊維を2〜15重量部配合したゴムからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ゴム層がアラミド短繊維とともに6−ナイロン短繊維及び/又は66−ナイロン短繊維を配合したゴムからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
