Abstract
【解決手段】溶接ガンの接触チップを経て供給できる溶接ワイヤ;第一の電磁波の少なくとも一部が該溶接ワイヤにより覆い隠されるように該接触チップの少なくとも部分的に下の位置で該溶接ワイヤを少なくとも部分的に投射する及び/または横方向に横切ってスキャニングする第一の電磁波;該第一の電磁波を少なくとも部分的に受け取るレシーバー;及び該レシーバーにより受け取られた該第一の電磁波に基づいて該溶接ワイヤの少なくとも1つのパラメーターを決定する測定装置からなる溶接機用の電極検出システム。

Description
第一の電磁波の少なくとも一部が該溶接ワイヤにより覆い隠されるように該接触チップの少なくとも部分的に下の位置で該溶接ワイヤを少なくとも部分的に投射する及び/または横方向に横切ってスキャニングする第一の電磁波;
該第一の電磁波を少なくとも部分的に受け取るレシーバー;及び
該レシーバーにより受け取られた該第一の電磁波に基づいて該溶接ワイヤの少なくとも1つのパラメーターを決定する測定装置
からなることを特徴とする溶接機用の電極検出システム。
b)該接触チップの下に位置する該溶接ワイヤの範囲で該第一の電磁波の少なくとも一部が該溶接ワイヤを横方向に横切って投射するように、第一の電磁波を該溶接ワイヤに導く工程;
c)該溶接ワイヤを通過した該第一の電磁波の少なくとも一部を受け取る工程;及び
d)該第一の電磁波の受け取った部分に基づいて該溶接ワイヤの少なくとも1つのパラメーターを決定する工程
からなることを特徴とする溶接ガンの接触チップを通過する溶接ワイヤの少なくとも1つのパラメーターを決定する方法。
b)溶接ワイヤと消耗されない電極との間に電気アークを形成し;
c)該電気アークのアーク電圧を測定し;そして
d)該測定されたアーク電圧に基づいて該溶接ワイヤの相対的位置を計算する
ことからなることを特徴とする溶接ワイヤが溶接ガンの接触チップを通過した後の溶接ワイヤの位置を決定する方法。

Claims (33)
- 溶接ガンの接触チップを経て供給できる溶接ワイヤ;
第一の電磁波の少なくとも一部が該溶接ワイヤにより覆い隠されるように該接触チップの少なくとも部分的に下の位置で該溶接ワイヤを少なくとも部分的に投射する及び/または横方向に横切ってスキャニングする第一の電磁波;
該第一の電磁波を少なくとも部分的に受け取るレシーバー;及び
該レシーバーにより受け取られた該第一の電磁波に基づいて該溶接ワイヤの少なくとも1つのパラメーターを決定する測定装置
からなることを特徴とする溶接機用の電極検出システム。 - 該第一の電磁波がレーザービームを含む請求項1の電極検出システム。
- 該レーザービームが約400−900nmの波長を有する請求項2の電極検出システム。
- 該電磁気発生器が、レーザービームのラインを放射するスキャニングレーザーにより少なくとも部分的に形成される請求項2の電極検出システム。
- レーザービームの該ラインが約2−100mmの幅を有する請求項4の電極検出システム。
- 電磁波が実質的に横方向の平面に存在し、該横方向の平面の角度が、接触チップの該溶接ワイヤの縦軸に対して約20−90度である請求項1の電極検出システム。
- 該第一の電磁波が、該接触チップより少なくとも約0.01インチ(約0.025cm)より下で該溶接ワイヤを横方向に横切って投射している請求項1の電極検出システム。
- 該レシーバーが光学レシーバーを含む請求項1の電極検出システム。
- 該光学レシーバーが電荷結合素子を含む請求項8の電極検出システム。
- 該パラメーターが、該溶接ワイヤの横方向の位置、該溶接ワイヤの真円度または楕円度、該溶接ワイヤの直径、該溶接ワイヤの撚り、該溶接ワイヤの欠陥、該溶接ワイヤの屑、該溶接ワイヤの横位置の履歴、該溶接ワイヤの真円度または楕円度の履歴、該溶接ワイヤの欠陥の履歴、該溶接ワイヤの屑の履歴、該溶接ワイヤの撚りの履歴、該溶接ワイヤの直径の履歴、該溶接ワイヤの横方向の移動頻度、該溶接ワイヤの撚り数、横方向の移動サイクルあたりのワイヤの平均の長さ、撚りサイクルあたりのワイヤの平均の長さ、該溶接ワイヤの横方向移動の振幅及びこれらの組み合わせを含む請求項1の電極検出システム。
- 該測定装置が、FFT、DFT、ヒストグラム、標準偏差及びこれらの組み合わせを利用して該溶接ワイヤの該パラメーターの少なくとも1つを決定する請求項1の電極検出システム。
- 該溶接ワイヤの該決定されたパラメーターの少なくとも1つがメモリー装置に記憶される請求項1の電極検出システム。
- 該記憶されたパラメーターが、時間、地理的位置、素材、素材範囲、溶接パラメーター及びこれらの組み合わせと相関する請求項12の電極検出システム。
- 該溶接ワイヤを横方向に横切って少なくとも部分的に投射する横方向の平面に少なくとも部分的に存在する第二の電磁波を含み、該第二の電磁波の該横方向の平面が該第一の電磁波の横方向の平面に平行することはなく、該レシーバーが該第一の電磁波及び該第二の電磁波を少なくとも部分的に受け取る請求項1の電極検出システム。
- a)溶接ガンの接触チップに溶接ワイヤを通す工程;
b)該接触チップの下に位置する該溶接ワイヤの範囲で該第一の電磁波の少なくとも一部が該溶接ワイヤを横方向に横切って投射するように、第一の電磁波を該溶接ワイヤに導く工程;
c)該溶接ワイヤを通過した該第一の電磁波の少なくとも一部を受け取る工程;及び
d)該第一の電磁波の受け取った部分に基づいて該溶接ワイヤの少なくとも1つのパラメーターを決定する工程
からなることを特徴とする溶接ガンの接触チップを通過する溶接ワイヤの少なくとも1つのパラメーターを決定する方法。 - 該第一の電磁波がレーザービームを含む請求項15の方法。
- 該レーザービームが約400−900nmの波長を有する請求項16の方法。
- スキャニングレーザーにより該レーザービームのラインを発生する工程を含む請求項16の方法。
- レーザービームの該ラインが約2−100mmの幅を有する請求項18の方法。
- 該溶接ワイヤまたは接触チップの縦軸に対して約20−90度の角度を有する平面に少なくとも部分的に存在するように該第一の電磁波を向ける工程を含む請求項15の方法。

b)溶接ワイヤと消耗されない電極との間に電気アークを形成し;
c)該電気アークのアーク電圧を測定し;そして
d)該測定されたアーク電圧に基づいて該溶接ワイヤの相対的位置を計算する
ことからなることを特徴とする溶接ワイヤが溶接ガンの接触チップを通過した後の溶接ワイヤの位置を決定する方法。 - 該測定したアーク電圧に基づいて該溶接ワイヤの相対的横方向の移動を測定する工程を含む請求項29の方法。
- 複数の測定アーク電圧を記憶し、該記憶されたアーク電圧の少なくとも1つを時間、地理的位置、素材、素材範囲及びこれらの組み合わせと相関させる工程を含む請求項29の方法。
- 形成する該工程が、該溶接ワイヤと複数の消耗されない電極との間の電気アークの形成を含む請求項29の方法。
