Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の直列連結モータの連結構造は、軸受スリーブと、接続部材と、弾性留め具とを有する。前記軸受スリーブの内周面と前記接続部材には、それぞれ溝が形成されており、前記弾性留め具の部分領域を前記接続部材の溝に嵌め込み、残りの部分を前記軸受けスリーブの溝に収納し当接させる。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施例1における直列連結モータの連結構造10を示す斜視図である。図1に示すように、直列連結モータの連結構造10は、二つの軸受スリーブ12と、接続部材14と、二つのC形止め輪16と、を有する。両軸受スリーブ12は、それぞれ直列連結しようとする二つのファン・モータ(図示せず)の固有構成部材に属し、軸受スリーブ12は、金属によって製造されることができ(例えば、銅スリーブ)、又は、エンジニアリングプラスチック等の材料によって製造される。両軸受スリーブ12の内側表面において、端面Pから所定距離を離れた箇所に、側壁内部に向かって加工して形成された環状の溝18がそれぞれ形成されている。
図5は、本発明の実施例2における直列連結モータの連結構造30を示す斜視図である。図5に示すように、直列連結モータの連結構造30は、軸受スリーブ12aと、軸受スリーブ12bと、C形止め輪16とを有する。両軸受スリーブ12a、12bは、それぞれ直列連結しようとする二つのファン・モータ(図示せず)の固有構成部材に属し、且つ軸受スリーブ12bの内側表面において、端面Q1から所定距離を離れた箇所に、側壁内部を加工して形成された環状の溝18bが形成されている。

Claims (5)
- ぞれぞれ少なくとも一つの第一溝が形成される二つの軸受スリーブと、
少なくとも二つの第二溝が形成される接続部材と、
それぞれの部分領域が前記第二溝に嵌め込まれ、残りの部分が前記第一溝内に収納される、複数の弾性留め具と、
を有することを特徴とする直列連結モータの連結構造。 - 前記弾性留め具が環状であり、且つ、前記接続部材の前記溝の間の領域に円錐状の案内面が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の直列連結モータの連結構造。
- 金属又はエンジニアリングプラスチックによって製造され、それぞれの内周面に少なくとも一つの第一環状の溝が形成される二つの軸受スリーブと、
それぞれ少なくとも二つの第二環状の溝が形成される、接続部材と、
それぞれの内縁部が前記第二環状の溝に嵌め込まれ、且つその外縁部が前記第一環状の溝に収納され当接されている、少なくとも二つの環状の弾性留め具と、を有する直列連結モータの連結構造であって、
前記接続部材に形成された前記第二環状の溝の間の距離が、前記二つの軸受スリーブの各端面から前記第一環状の溝の距離の和に等しいことを特徴とする直列連結モータの連結構造。 - 一端に円錐傾斜状の接続部が形成され、且つ、前記接続部の側壁に少なくとも一つの第一溝が形成される、第一軸受スリーブと、
内縁部に少なくとも一つの第二溝が形成される、第二軸受スリーブと、
内縁部が前記第一溝に嵌め込まれ、且つ、外縁部が前記第二溝に収納され当接されている、少なくとも一つの環状弾性部材と、
を有することを特徴とする直列連結モータの連結構造。 - 前記環状弾性部材がC形止め輪であり、且つ、前記軸受スリーブが金属又はエンジニアリングプラスチックによって製造されている、ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の直列連結モータの連結構造。
