【解決手段】 リチウム二次電池用負極に用いる集電体の表面に負極活物質層としてSiO膜を真空蒸着により形成する。蒸着源として、ラトラ試験での重量減少率(ラトラ値)が1.0%以下であるSiO析出体を用いる。

Claims (3)
- リチウム二次電池用負極におけるSiO膜の形成に使用されるSiO析出体であり、ラトラ試験での重量減少率(ラトラ値)が1.0%以下である成膜用材料。
- リチウム二次電池用負極におけるSiO膜の形成に請求項1に記載の成膜用材料を用いるリチウム二次電池用負極の製造方法。
- 集電体の表面に負極活物質としてSiO膜を形成したSiO膜型負極であって、10回目の放電における容量維持率が98%以上であるリチウム二次電池用負極。
