Claims (5)
- 表面粗度がRzで5.0以上である集電体の表面にSiOxの緻密膜を形成した後に、非酸化性雰囲気中で650〜850℃の熱処理を行うことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池用負極の製造方法。
- 前記SiOx膜の膜厚が1〜50μm以下である請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極の製造方法。
- 前記SiOx膜を真空蒸着により形成する請求項1又は2に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極の製造方法。
- 前記真空蒸着はイオンプレーティング法である請求項3に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極の製造方法。
- リチウム二次電池の急速放電特性として、電流密度7.0mA/cm 2 で放電させたときの放電容量が、電流密度0.1mA/cm 2 で急速放電させたときの放電容量の70%以上となる負極を製造する請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のリチウム二次電池用負極の製造方法。
