Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、電気接点部材を製造するための導電性複合材であって、メタルバンドと、少なくとも片面をコーティングされ、銀接点材または錫接点材から成っている接点層とから構成された前記複合材に関する。接点材は、第1の添加剤として、0.5ないし60重量%の炭素粉を、径Φ1=5ないし200nmの細かい粒子の形態で含み、0.5ないし60重量%の第2の粉状の添加剤を、導電性、硬度、耐磨耗性を改善させる径Φ2=5ないし200nmの細かい粒子の形態で含んでいる。
さらに、流動性材料または液状材料から成る放射物をガス噴霧するための装置および導電性複合材の製造方法並びにその使用方法に関する。

接点層の厚さD2を、コーティングされるメタルバンドの噴霧放射密度と流速とを介して制御する。有利には、噴霧放射密度をニードル弁等を介して制御するのがよい。この場合ニードル弁が持続して開いていれば、片側全面のコーティングを行なうことができる。均質な層を形成させるため、メタルバンドを一定速度で噴霧放射物の下を通過するように引張るようにしてよい。これとは択一的に、弁装置を設けずに溶融物の加圧だけで噴霧ヘッド内の材料流を制御してもよい。
層マトリックス材の少なくとも0.8×Tsの温度で延展する追加工程により後処理し、100%の密度を達成することができる。

Claims (31)
- 電気接点部材、特にプラグコネクタ、プラグコネクタ端子を製造するための導電性複合材(1)であって、メタルバンド(2)と、少なくとも片面をコーティングされ、銀接点材または錫接点材から成っている接点層(4)とから構成された前記複合材(1)において、
接点材が、第1の添加剤として、0.5ないし60重量%の炭素粉を、径Φ1=5ないし200nmの細かい粒子の形態で含み、0.5ないし60重量%の第2の粉状の添加剤を、導電性、硬度、耐磨耗性を改善させる径Φ2=5ないし200nmの細かい粒子の形態で含んでいることを特徴とする複合材。 - メタルバンド(2)と接点層(4)との間に、厚さD3=0.1ないし1μmのAgまたはSnから成る中間層(6)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合材。

- 第2の添加剤が、径Φ2=10ないし200nmの細かい粒子の形態の、Co,Cu,Mo,Ni,TiW群から成る2ないし50重量%の金属であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の複合材。
- 第2の添加剤が、径Φ2=10ないし200nmの細かい粒子の形態の2ないし40重量%のカーバイドであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の複合材。
- 第2の添加剤が、径Φ2=50ないし200nmの細かい粒子の形態の、MoS2,WS2群から成る0.5ないし40重量%のジスルフィドであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の複合材。
- 第2の添加剤が、径Φ2=5ないし100nmの細かい粒子の形態の2ないし40重量%のSnO2であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の複合材。
- 第2の添加剤が、径Φ2=50ないし150nmの細かい粒子の形態の、Al2O3,ZrO2群から成る2ないし40重量%の酸化セラミックス粒子であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の複合材。
- 第2の添加剤が、径Φ2=50ないし200nmの細かい粒子の形態の2ないし20重量%のPTFEであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の複合材。
- メタルバンド(2)の厚さがD1=0.06ないし1.2mmであり、接点層(4)の厚さがD2=0.5ないし10μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の複合材。
- メタルバンド(2)がCuまたはCu合金、FeまたはFe合金、AlまたはAl合金、NiまたはNi合金から成っていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の複合材。
- 放射物に噴霧ガスを作用させて、放射物を滴から成るスプレーミストに粉砕するための噴霧ユニット(34)を備えた、流動性材料または液状材料から成る放射物をガス噴霧するためのガス噴霧装置(10)において、
噴霧ユニット(34)がリング状または長尺状に構成され、噴霧ユニットが噴霧ガスのための出口隙間(38)を有し、噴霧ユニットの領域の上方に、渦室(26)を備えた粉末用のインジェクタユニット(32)が配置され、インジェクタユニット(32)が固形物質供給ユニットと連通していることを特徴とするガス噴霧装置。 - 固形物質供給ユニットが、乾燥粉末のための貯留容器(44)、または、供給管を備えている、粉末を作用させた液体のための容器(20)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のガス噴霧装置。
- 放射物の材料の量が、弁制御型装置および/または溶融物貯留容器を加圧するための装置を介して制御されていることを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載のガス噴霧装置。
- 請求項12から14までのいずれか一つに記載のガス噴霧装置を用いて請求項1から11までのいずれか一つに記載の複合材を製造するための方法において、
金属または合金を貯留容器内で溶融点以上に加熱し、液状の溶融物を加圧して溶融放射物の形態で放出し、ガス流により粉砕してスプレーミストを形成させ、溶融していない粒子状の添加剤と混合させ、次に噴霧した滴を担持材としてのメタルバンド(2)または捕捉装置に沈殿させることを特徴とする方法。 - 溶融していない添加剤を、渦室(26)からの溶融物流に供給することを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の複合材を製造するための方法。
- N2またはN2/H2混合物を使用して噴霧を行なうことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 添加剤を0.15ないし1.5MPaの圧力で噴射放射物に吹き込むことを特徴とする、請求項15から17までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 複数の添加剤の吹込みを互いに独立に行なうことを特徴とする、請求項15から18までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- メタルバンド(2)を接点材の(0.6ないし0.9)×TSの温度に加熱することを特徴とする、請求項15から19までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- メタルバンド(2)を、活性化のためにフラックスで表面処理することを特徴とする、請求項15から20までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 接点層(4)の厚さD2を、コーティングされるメタルバンド(2)の噴霧放射密度と流速とを介して制御することを特徴とする、請求項15から21までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 噴霧放射密度をニードル弁等を介して制御することを特徴とする、請求項22に記載の方法。
- メタルバンド(2)を一定速度で噴霧放射物の下を通過するように引張ることを特徴とする、請求項15から23までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 選定した噴霧パラメータを介して接点層(4)の有孔率を70ないし85%に設定することを特徴とする、請求項15から24までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 有孔接点層(4)にオイルを浸透させることを特徴とする、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 噴霧されたメタルバンド(2)を、該メタルバンドの材料の少なくとも0.8×TSの温度で圧延して100%の密度にさせることを特徴とする、請求項15から26までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- メタルバンド(2)の一部だけをコーティングすることを特徴とする、請求項15から27までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- メタルバンド(2)をマスク(8)で覆うことを特徴とする、請求項28に記載の方法。
- メタルバンド(2)を噴霧放射物から遮蔽することを特徴とする、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか一つに記載の導電性複合材を、自動車分野においてプラグコネクタ、プラグコネクタ端子のような電気接点部材として使用する使用方法。
