Claims (10)
- 電磁式の弁であって、弁部材(16)、該弁部材に結合された弁ドーム(18)、該弁ドーム内に縦軸方向運動可能に収容された接極子(19)、前記弁ドーム(18)と反対の側に位置する弁室(31)内に設けられた座弁(46)、並びに、前記弁部材(16)の縦孔(17)内に縦軸方向運動可能に案内されていて接極子運動を前記座弁のほぼピン状の閉鎖部材(45)へ伝達するためのプランジャー(36)を備えており、該プランジャーが前記座弁(46)の弁座(47)から到来する液体を該プランジャー(36)の少なくとも1つの通路(40)によって前記弁ドーム(18)内へ導くようになっており、前記閉鎖部材(45)が、前記プランジャー(36)から分離されていて該プランジャー(36)に案内された構成部分であり、該構成部分が縦軸方向で前記プランジャー(36)に支えられており、該プランジャーが前記弁部材(16)の縦孔(17)と一緒に少なくとも1つの縦溝(39)を形成しており、該縦溝が前記接極子(19)の収容のための接極子室(37)と前記弁室(31)とを接続している形式のものにおいて、プランジャー(36)が該プランジャーの一方の端部(41)から他方の端部(42)へ延びる孔(40)によって、管状の中空構造体を成しており、プランジャー(36)内に案内された閉鎖部材(45)が切欠き(55)を有しており、該切欠きを介して液体が座弁の弁室(31)からプランジャー(36)の前記孔(40)内へ流れるようになっていることを特徴とする電磁式の弁。
- プランジャー(36)が、接極子(19)に向いた側の端部(42)に半径方向へ延びる流出開口(43)を有している請求項1記載の電磁式の弁。
- 流出開口が、互いに対称的に配置されて端部の端面に向かって開いた2つの流出溝(43)として形成されている請求項2記載の電磁式の弁。
- 閉鎖部材(45)の切欠きが、縦軸方向に延びる縦溝(55)として形成されており、該縦溝が閉鎖部材(45)の周囲に対称的に分配されている請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の電磁式の弁。
- 縦溝(55)が閉鎖部材(45)の円錐形の区分(52)からつば部(54)を経て案内ピン(51)内まで延びている請求項4記載の電磁式の弁。
- プランジャー(36)が横断面で、中心に孔(40)を備えた正方形の形状を有しており、プランジャーの、縦溝(39)を画成する側壁が凹状に丸み付けされている請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の電磁式の弁。
- 弁室(31)が弁座(47)と反対の側で、断面で見てくさび形の縮小部(34)を介してプランジャー(36)の縦溝(39)内へ移行している請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の電磁式の弁。
- 閉鎖部材(45)が、プランジャー(36)に対して同軸的に延びている案内ピン(51)で以てプランジャー(36)内に半径方向の大きな遊びを置いて受容されている請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の電磁式の弁。
- 接極子(19)が縦軸方向に延びる溝(20)を備えている請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の電磁式の弁。
- 縦溝(55)によって形成されてプランジャー(36)の孔(40)に通じる開口が、戻しばね(57)の直径より小さい寸法に設定され、殊に弁座47の外径にほぼ相当する寸法に設定されている請求項4から9のいずれか1項記載の電磁式の弁。
