Abstract
【解決手段】フィルター挿入体32が、フィルター部材51と該部材の内側に位置する円筒形のスリーブ部分50とを有し、スリーブ部分が弁座42を取り囲みかつ弁座に対して同軸に配置されており、スリーブ部分の周壁区分53が弁室内に突入している。

Claims (11)
- 電磁式の弁であって、弁部材(16)、該弁部材に結合された弁ドーム(18)、該弁ドーム内に縦軸方向運動可能に収容された接極子(19)、前記弁ドーム(18)と反対の側に位置する弁室(31)内に設けられた座弁(41)、並びに、前記弁部材(16)の縦孔(17)内に縦軸方向運動可能に案内されていて接極子運動を前記座弁の閉鎖部材(40)へ伝達するためのプランジャー(36)を備えており、該プランジャーが前記座弁(41)の弁座(42)から到来する液体を該プランジャー(36)の少なくとも1つの通路(37)によって前記弁ドーム(18)内へ導くようになっており、さらに、前記弁室(31)に所属してかつケーシングに対して不動に配置されたフィルター挿入体(32)を備えており、該フィルター挿入体のフィルター部材(51)が前記弁座(42)と圧力媒体出口(25)との間に位置している形式のものにおいて、フィルター挿入体(32)が、フィルター部材(51)と該フィルター部材の内部に位置する円筒形のスリーブ部分(50)を有しており、該スリーブ部分が弁座(42)を取り囲んでいてかつ該弁座(42)に対して同軸に配置されており、該スリーブ部分の周壁区分(53)が弁室(31)内に突入していることを特徴とする、電磁式の弁。
- フィルター挿入体(32)がほぼU字形状の断面を有しており、該断面のU字形状の内側の脚部が円環状のスリーブ部分(50)を形成しており、外側の脚部がリング状のフィルター部材(51)を形成しており、スリーブ部分とフィルター部材とがリング状の底部プレート(52)によって互いに堅く結合されている請求項1記載の弁。
- フィルター挿入体(32)のスリーブ部分(50)が、座弁の弁座部材(22)に密接に取り付けられている請求項1又は2記載の弁。
- フィルター挿入体(32)のフィルター部材(51)のリング状の自由縁部(58)が、弁部材(16)に支持されている請求項2又は3記載の弁。
- リング状の自由縁部(58)が、弁室(31)と圧力媒体流出孔(25)との間のシール部を形成している請求項4記載の弁。
- フィルター挿入体(31)が、一体的な射出成形部品として形成されている請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- スリーブ部分(50)の、縦軸方向で弁座(42)を越えて延びる区分(53)の縦軸方向長さが、弁座(42)の直径よりも大きくなっている請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- プランジャー(36)を案内する縦孔(17)が、漏斗状の拡大部(34)を介して弁室(31)へ移行しており、前記拡大部(34)の一方の側にスリーブ部分の周壁区分(53)が相対して位置しているのに対して、前記拡大部(34)の他方の側に、プランジャー(36)の外周に沿って接極子室に通じる複数の通路(37)が接続されている請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- スリーブ部分の周壁区分(53)が、プランジャーの縦孔の漏斗状の拡大部(34)に対して縦軸方向の間隔を置いて終わっている請求項8記載の弁。
- スリーブ部分(50)の自由端部(54)が、漏斗状の拡大部(34)の最大直径と最小直径との間の直径を有している請求項8又は9記載の弁。
- 弁座部材(22)が、弁座(42)の形成されたピン状の付加部(49)を有しており、該付加部にフィルター挿入体(32)が固定されている請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
