(57)【要約】 【課題】 肌面に安全で、使い勝手の良好な二枚替刃式
カミソリを提供する。 【解決手段】 収納柄１に枢着したホルダー本体２の先
端挟持部２ａに、下端肌当て部３ａを縦断面中央部３ｂ
を境界に約２０°〜３０°角度範囲の傾斜面３ｃに形成
した刃台３を装着し、前記挟持部２ａと刃台３の両側隙
間に、片刃カミソリ刃４をその刃先４ａと前記刃台３の
縦断面中央部３ｂを結ぶ線が２０°〜３０°傾斜角と成
るように着脱可能に挿着し、ホルダー本体２の引き乃至
押しの操作に際し、前記下端肌当て部３の縦断面中央部
３ｂの傾斜面３ｃを肌面にフィットさせることにより刃
先４ａが前記所定角度範囲の傾斜角を取るように構成し
た二枚替刃式カミソリである。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 【０００１】 【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、理髪師、美容師
が、お客の髭を剃るために使用するカミソリに関する。 【０００２】 【従来の事情】血液を媒体として感染するエイズ、肝炎
等が深刻な社会問題となりつつあり、理容店、美容店の
扱う器具類に対しても、保健所から消毒の指導徹底が厳
しくなされている。現在、多種多様なカミソリが市場に
出回っているが、カミソリは刃先を直接顔や首などの皮
膚面に当てて作業するものであるから、特別の気配りが
必要であり、かなり熟練した者でも、不覚を取ったり、
お客の健康状態により事故を起こすことが間々ある。そ
の意味から、カミソリ自体にも安全第一の構造が要求さ
れることは言うまでもない。 【０００３】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、従来のかか
る実情に鑑みてなされたもので、二枚の替刃を刃台の両
側に着脱可能に（即ち交換自在に）挿着し、これら替刃
の刃先が、刃台の下端肌当て部に形成した傾斜面に倣っ
て肌面に対し所定の浅い角度を取るようにし、ホルダー
本体の引き乃至押しの動作の画一安定性を確保し、肌面
に安全で、使い勝手の良好な二枚替刃式カミソリを提供
しようとするものである。 【０００４】 【課題を解決するための手段】図１、図２において１が
収納柄で、２がこの収納柄１の先端部に基端部を枢着し
たホルダー本体である。そしてこのホルダー本体２の先
端挟持部２ａに、下端肌当て部３ａを縦断面中央部３ｂ
を境界に約２０°〜３０°角度範囲の傾斜面３ｃに形成
した刃台３を装着し、前記挟持部２ａと刃台３の両側隙
間に、片刃カミソリ刃４をその刃先４ａと前記刃台３の
縦断面中央部３ｂを結ぶ線が２０°〜３０°傾斜角と成
るように着脱可能に挿着してある。 【０００５】そしてホルダー本体２の引き乃至押しの操
作に際し、前記下端肌当て部３の縦断面中央部３ｂの傾
斜面３ｃを肌面にフィットさせることにより刃先４ａが
前記所定角度範囲の傾斜角を取るように構成した二枚替
刃式カミソリである。 【０００６】 【発明の作用並びに効果】本発明は以上のように、二枚
の片刃カミソリ刃４を刃台３の両側に着脱可能に挿着
し、これらの刃先４ａが、刃台３の下端肌当て部３ａの
縦断面中央部３ｂの両側に形成した傾斜面３ｃに倣って
肌面に対し所定の浅い角度を取るようにして成るから、
ホルダー本体２の引き乃至押しの動作の画一安定性を確
保し、肌面に安全で、使い勝手の良好な二枚替刃式カミ
ソリを提供し得るものである。 【０００７】上記所定角度範囲を約２０°〜３０°の傾
斜角としたのは、本発明者の度重なる実験の結果、２０
°を下回ると、薄い片刃カミソリ刃４が剃り角度から削
り角度に寝てしまい、３０°を上回ると片刃カミソリ刃
４が不必要以上に立ち上がって肌面を引掻くおそれのあ
ることを確認したことによる。 【０００８】以上から、本発明は、理容、美容業者にと
り、安全な操作、円滑な剃り作業が約束され、客にとっ
ては切り傷を負う心配から解放されて安心して髭剃りを
任せることができる。又、片刃カミソリ刃４は、交換が
自在に行えるから、客ごとに使い捨てることにより、血
液を媒体とする病気の感染をこの面からも防止するに役
立つ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 【請求項１】 収納柄（１）に枢着したホルダー本体
    （２）の先端挟持部（２ａ）に、下端肌当て部（３ａ）
    を縦断面中央部（３ｂ）を境界に２０°〜３０°角度範
    囲の傾斜面（３ｃ）に形成した刃台（３）を装着し、前
    記挟持部（２ａ）と刃台（３）の両側隙間に、片刃カミ
    ソリ刃（４）をその刃先（４ａ）と前記刃台（３）の縦
    断面中央部（３ｂ）を結ぶ線が約２０°〜３０°傾斜角
    と成るように着脱可能に挿着し、ホルダー本体（２）の
    引き乃至押しの操作に際し、前記下端肌当て部（３）の
    縦断面中央部（３ｂ）の傾斜面（３ｃ）を肌面にフィッ
    トさせることにより刃先（４ａ）が前記所定角度範囲の
    傾斜角を取るように構成した二枚替刃式カミソリ。
