Description
【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】 炭素数１〜１０の低級アルキルアルコール、炭素数２〜６のアルカンポリオール、炭素数３〜２０のアルキルアルキレンポリエーテル、炭素数３〜１０のアルコキシアルカノール及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる反応体からエステル及びカルボン酸を製造する気相カルボニル化方法であって、カルボニル化反応器のカルボニル化ゾーン中で気相条件下において、固体担体材料上の０．０１〜１０重量％の白金及びハロゲン化物からなる第２の気相成分からなる触媒を用いて、該反応体と一酸化炭素とを接触させることを含んでなる気相カルボニル化方法。
【請求項２】 前記触媒が０．１〜２重量％の白金を含む請求項１に記載の方法。
【請求項３】 前記気相カルボニル化おいて、圧力が０．１〜１００バールであり、温度が１００〜３５０℃である請求項１に記載の方法。
【請求項４】 前記気相カルボニル化において、圧力が１〜５０バールであり、温度が１５０〜２７５℃である請求項３に記載の方法。
【請求項５】 前記気相成分が塩素、臭素及びヨウ素からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも１種のハロゲン化物である請求項１に記載の方法。
【請求項６】 前記の少なくとも１種のハロゲン化物がハロゲン化水素、炭素数１２以下のハロゲン化アルキル及びハロゲン化アリールならびにこれらの混合物から選ばれる請求項５に記載の方法。
【請求項７】 前記の少なくとも１種のハロゲン化物がヨウ化水素、気体ヨウ化水素酸、ヨウ化メチル、ヨウ化エチル、１−ヨードプロパン、２−ヨードブタン、１−ヨードブタン、臭化水素、臭化メチル、臭化エチル、ヨウ化ベンジル及びこれらの混合物から選ばれる請求項６に記載の方法。
【請求項８】 前記の少なくとも１種のハロゲン化物がヨウ化水素、ヨウ化メチル、臭化水素、臭化メチル及びこれらの混合物から選ばれる請求項６に記載の方法。
【請求項９】 炭素数１〜１０の低級アルキルアルコール、炭素数２〜６のアルカンポリオール、炭素数３〜２０のアルキルアルキレンポリエーテル、炭素数３〜１０のアルコキシアルカノール及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる反応体からエステル、カルボン酸及びこれらの混合物を製造する気相カルボニル化方法であって、カルボニル化ゾーン中で、該反応体及び一酸化炭素を、活性炭担体上の０．０１〜１０重量％の白金及び塩素、臭素及びヨウ素からなる群から選ばれたハロゲン化物を含む第２の気相成分を含む触媒系と接触させ；そして該カルボニル化ゾーンから気体生成物を回収することを含んでなる気相カルボニル化方法。
【請求項１０】 前記の少なくとも１種のハロゲン化物がハロゲン化水素、炭素数１２以下のハロゲン化アルキル及びハロゲン化アリール並びにこれらの混合物から選ばれる請求項９に記載の方法。
【請求項１１】 前記反応体がメタノールである請求項９に記載の方法。
【請求項１２】 前記反応体がジメチルエーテルである請求項９に記載の方法。
【請求項１３】 メタノール及び一酸化炭素を含む気体混合物をカルボニル化ゾーン中で、炭素担体上の０．０１〜１０重量％の白金及びヨウ化水素、ヨウ化メチル、臭化水素、臭化メチル及びこれらの混合物から選ばれた気相成分からなる触媒系と接触させ；そして該カルボニル化ゾーンから気体生成物を回収することを含んでなる酢酸及び酢酸メチルを製造する気相カルボニル化方法。
【請求項１】 炭素数１〜１０の低級アルキルアルコール、炭素数２〜６のアルカンポリオール、炭素数３〜２０のアルキルアルキレンポリエーテル、炭素数３〜１０のアルコキシアルカノール及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる反応体からエステル及びカルボン酸を製造する気相カルボニル化方法であって、カルボニル化反応器のカルボニル化ゾーン中で気相条件下において、固体担体材料上の０．０１〜１０重量％の白金及びハロゲン化物からなる第２の気相成分からなる触媒を用いて、該反応体と一酸化炭素とを接触させることを含んでなる気相カルボニル化方法。
【請求項２】 前記触媒が０．１〜２重量％の白金を含む請求項１に記載の方法。
【請求項３】 前記気相カルボニル化おいて、圧力が０．１〜１００バールであり、温度が１００〜３５０℃である請求項１に記載の方法。
【請求項４】 前記気相カルボニル化において、圧力が１〜５０バールであり、温度が１５０〜２７５℃である請求項３に記載の方法。
【請求項５】 前記気相成分が塩素、臭素及びヨウ素からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも１種のハロゲン化物である請求項１に記載の方法。
【請求項６】 前記の少なくとも１種のハロゲン化物がハロゲン化水素、炭素数１２以下のハロゲン化アルキル及びハロゲン化アリールならびにこれらの混合物から選ばれる請求項５に記載の方法。
【請求項７】 前記の少なくとも１種のハロゲン化物がヨウ化水素、気体ヨウ化水素酸、ヨウ化メチル、ヨウ化エチル、１−ヨードプロパン、２−ヨードブタン、１−ヨードブタン、臭化水素、臭化メチル、臭化エチル、ヨウ化ベンジル及びこれらの混合物から選ばれる請求項６に記載の方法。
【請求項８】 前記の少なくとも１種のハロゲン化物がヨウ化水素、ヨウ化メチル、臭化水素、臭化メチル及びこれらの混合物から選ばれる請求項６に記載の方法。
【請求項９】 炭素数１〜１０の低級アルキルアルコール、炭素数２〜６のアルカンポリオール、炭素数３〜２０のアルキルアルキレンポリエーテル、炭素数３〜１０のアルコキシアルカノール及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる反応体からエステル、カルボン酸及びこれらの混合物を製造する気相カルボニル化方法であって、カルボニル化ゾーン中で、該反応体及び一酸化炭素を、活性炭担体上の０．０１〜１０重量％の白金及び塩素、臭素及びヨウ素からなる群から選ばれたハロゲン化物を含む第２の気相成分を含む触媒系と接触させ；そして該カルボニル化ゾーンから気体生成物を回収することを含んでなる気相カルボニル化方法。
【請求項１０】 前記の少なくとも１種のハロゲン化物がハロゲン化水素、炭素数１２以下のハロゲン化アルキル及びハロゲン化アリール並びにこれらの混合物から選ばれる請求項９に記載の方法。
【請求項１１】 前記反応体がメタノールである請求項９に記載の方法。
【請求項１２】 前記反応体がジメチルエーテルである請求項９に記載の方法。
【請求項１３】 メタノール及び一酸化炭素を含む気体混合物をカルボニル化ゾーン中で、炭素担体上の０．０１〜１０重量％の白金及びヨウ化水素、ヨウ化メチル、臭化水素、臭化メチル及びこれらの混合物から選ばれた気相成分からなる触媒系と接触させ；そして該カルボニル化ゾーンから気体生成物を回収することを含んでなる酢酸及び酢酸メチルを製造する気相カルボニル化方法。
