Abstract
카르보닐화 반응기내에서 액상 반응 조성물중에 알킬 알콜 및/또는 그의 반응성 유도체를 일산화탄소와 접촉시키는 것으로 구성된 상기 알콜 또는 그의 반응성 유도체의 카르보닐화에 의한 카르복실산의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 액상 반응 조성물이 (a)이리듐 촉매 또는 로듐 촉매, (b)알킬 할로겐화물, (c) 일정 농도 이상의 물 및(d)레늄 촉진제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 카르복실산의 제조방법이 개시되어 있다.

제1도는 22barg의 전체 압력에서 메탄올의 이리듐-촉매 카르보닐화 반응속도에 대한 레늄의 효과를 도시한 그래프이다.
Claims (13)
- 카르보닐화 반응기내에서 액상 반응 조성물중에 알킬 알콜 및/또는 그의 반응성 유도체를 일산화탄소와 접촉시키는 것으로 구성된 상기 알콜 및 또는 그의 반응성 유도체의 카르보닐화에 의한 카르복실산의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 액상 반응 조성물이 (a)이리듐 촉매 또는 로듐 촉매, (b)알킬 할로겐화물, (c) 일정 농도 이상의 물 및 (d)레늄 촉진제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 카르복실산의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액상 반응 조성물에서 레늄:이리듐 촉매의 몰비가 0.1:1 내지 20:1, 바람직하게는 0.1:1 내지 10:1 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 카르보닐화 반응기에서 전체 압력이 30barg 이하인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 카르보닐화 반응기에서 일산화탄소의 부분압이 15bar이하인 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액상 반응 조성물이 알킬 에스테르를 1 내지 70중량%, 바람직하게는 2 내지 50중량%, 더욱 바람직하게는 3 내지 30중량% 더 함유하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 카르복실산 생성물이 아세트산을 함유하며 알킬 에스테르가 메틸 아세테이트를 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액상 반응 조성물에서 레늄:로듐 촉매의 몰비가 0.1:1 내지 20:1, 바람직하게는 1:1 내지 10:1 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 액상 반응 조성물이 알킬 에스테르를 0.1 내지 50중량%, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 50중량%, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 35중량% 더 함유하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 카르복실산 생성물이 아세트산을 함유하며 알킬 에스테르가 메틸 아세테이트를 함유하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 메틸 아세테이트의 농도가 5중량%, 이하인 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 카르보닐화 반응기에서 일산화탄소의 부분압이 7bar이하인 방법.
- 제1, 7, 8, 9 및 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카르보닐화 반응기에서 보다 낮은 일산화탄소 부분압에서 촉매로부터 카르복실산 생성물을 분리하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 카르보닐화 반응기에서 보다도 낮은 일산화탄소 부분압에서 촉매로부터 카르복실산 생성물을 분리하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
