Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
(技術分野) 本発明は柔軟材料製の管状包装容器の製造方法、この方法を実施するための装
置およびそれにより得られた包装容器に関する。
【0001】 (背景技術) 柔軟材料製で、コーヒー、ビスケットおよびティーバッグを入れる包装容器(
容器)は公知である。ある程度の安定性を持たせるために、これらの包装容器は
硬質材料製の、あらかじめ形作った部分をヒートシールして作った強化した底を
有する。
【0002】 連続した片を折りたたんで得られる角底を有する包装容器もまた公知である。
【0003】 側壁の内側または外側に配置した側面強化を有し、さらにはこの包装容器のあ
る程度の安定性を確実にする意図を持った包装容器もまた公知である。
【0004】 全てのこれらの従来の包装容器はいくつかの欠点に悩んでおり、特に: −−これらの底の製造はむしろ労働集約的な仕事であり; −−これらの安定性は信頼できず; −−これらは製品を入れると形を損ない; −−これらは空間を最大限利用するのに十分適合しない形状を採用する(輸送
、棚)。

包装容器を製造できる方法を提供することである。
【0006】 この目標内で、本発明の目的は、充填部に関しインラインでまたは袋の成形直
後に装置の使用ができる方法を提供することである。

【0009】 (発明を実施するための最良の形態) 図に示すように、本発明に係る方法は、その最終の充填管2のみを示す、縦形
の従来の成形または包装機械(図示せず)の下流に配置した装置を用いる。この
管は説明した実施例では正方形であるが、これはまた円形、楕円形等でもあるこ
とができる。
【0010】 特にこの装置は内部要素4を含み、これは管と同じ形状を有し、本発明の一部
でない従来の装置により縦に動くことができる。この内部要素は管2の内側に位
置し、その下端にカラー6を備え、この外形は実質的に管2の外径に一致する。
【0011】 プランジャー8が内部要素4と同軸に対面するよう準備されており、これはカ
ラーと同じ断面を有するが寸法が小さい。
【0012】 二組のヒートシールバー10が本装置の側面に装備され、例えば油圧式のジャ

風型、高周波型、超音波型及びレーザー型のヒートシール装置で構成することが
できる。
【0013】 従来の狭いコンベアベルト14が、管2を包みこみ、縦のフラップをすでにヒ
ートシールした柔軟性フィルム16を前進させるため、さらに管の側面に装備さ
れる。
【0014】 この実施態様での装置の使用は、連続管包装容器を成形するために管2の上流
に配置した成形カラー上のリールから届く柔軟性フィルム16(プラスチック、
アルミニウム、紙)のリボンの巻つけをともない、この容器の底17はヒートシ
ールバー10により従来法でヒートシールされる。
【0015】 この段階中、内部要素4は完全に管2に収容され、カラー6の表面は、管の表
面と共に実質的に連続な表面を形成する(図1参照)。
【0016】 次に内部要素4は形成管2から突き出すようにされ、その結果コンベアベルト
14により移動した包装容器は環状部分18を示し、これは実質的に包装容器に
備えられるべき強化した底の実質的に二倍程の高さである(図2参照)。
【0017】 次にカラー6は部分的に再び持ち上げられるようにされ、そしてプランジャー
8が次に持ち上げられ、部分的にカラー6に入り、その結果U字形配置で、環状
部分18を包装容器へ差し込ませ、従って環状のスカート20を形成し、このス
カートは完全にカラー6を取り囲む(図3参照)。内部要素4とカラー6の上昇
が次に始まり、カラーを元の位置に戻し;同時に、ヒートシールバー10を前進
させ、スカート20の二つのフラップを、その結果内側面をお互いに向き合うよ
うにプランジャー8を接合点として用いてヒートシールする。
【0018】 次にこの製品を管2および包装容器へ導入し、上端をヒートシールした後、次
の処理へ送る。
【0019】 異なった実施態様(図示せず)において、カラー6はヒートシールバーの熱い
部分で組み合わさった複数の穴に影響され;この実施態様は、不連続の領域によ
るにもかかわらず、内部要素4を持ち上げる必要無しに、スカートのヒートシー
ルを可能にする。
【0020】 図5と図7に説明する第二の実施態様において、この方法はプランジャー8を
管2へ差し込むことを伴い、柔軟性フィルムの一部を移動し、それにより前述の
例でのように環状のスカート20を形成する。特別のヒートシールバー110が
次にスカートへ向って前進し;ヒートシールバーは吸い込み管112を備えてお
り、この管はプランジャー8と共に、スカートをカラー6から取り除く。一度ス
カート20がカラー6から取り除かれると、ヒートシールバー10は、再びプラ
ンジャー8を接合点として用い、ヒートシール動作を行う。この製品は次に管へ
導入され、この包装容器は次の処理へ送られる。

ールされた後、連続のフィルム16の残りの部分から切断され、その端を平らに

フィルムは同一の材料または異なった材料の横方向強化帯により作用を受けても
良く、この帯は、包装容器の形成中、スカートを形成する領域に正確に位置する
。この解決策は、より安定な包装容器を得るのに更なる有利さを有する。
【0023】 この包装容器の好ましい美的な外観を更に確実とするため、本方法は、このよ
うに形成され、スカートにより範囲を定めた中空の底へ、相当する輪郭要素を挿
入することを伴う。
【0024】 図9と図10に示す実施態様は、すでに製品を挿入した包装容器形成のための
水平型の装置である。
【0025】 この実施態様において、前記装置は包装容器を収容するチャンバー22を含み
;前記チャンバーは四つの可動な壁24により形成されており、この壁は掴み吸
引管(grip suckers)26を備えたヒートシールバー、および二つのヒートシール
プランジャー28により構成され、このプランジャーは前記チャンバーの内側へ
向かって軸方向へ移動できる。特に、ヒートシールバー24は縦方向の大きさを
有し、この大きさは実質的に包装容器を形成するよう設計された管の大きさに相
当する。
【0026】 本発明に係る方法は、この実施態様において、ヒートシールバー24の吸引管
26により、現在端で閉じている、横方向の表面で包装容器をしっかりと保持す
ることを伴い、次に軸方向へプランジャー28を挿入し、二つの端に、二つの環
状スカート30を形成し、このスカートはバー24とプランジャー28の接合点
の熱作用により、ヒートシールされており、その結果、内部表面がお互いに向き
合う。

ートシールバー32の使用に置き換えられており、このバーは壁24の端へ関節

Claims (10)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】 柔軟材料製の管状包装容器(16)の製造方法であり、環状
    部分が前記管状包装容器の少なくとも一つの閉じた端(17)でU字形の配置で
    内側へ押され、前記環状部分がその向き合う部分で包装容器の残りの部分へ、少
    なくとも部分的にヒートシールされていることを特徴とする前記製造方法。
  2. 【請求項2】 柔軟フィルムが用いられ、これがU字形配置が形成の間に作
    られる領域で、強化バンドにより横方向へ影響を及ぼされることを特徴とする請
    求項1記載の方法。
  3. 【請求項3】 相当する輪郭要素が、中空の底へ適用されることを特徴とす
    る請求項1に記載の方法。
  4. 【請求項4】 請求項1から3に記載の方法を実施するための装置であって
    、少なくとも一つの閉じた端(17)を有する包装容器(16)の側壁を保持す
    るための要素(4、24); 前記閉じた端で、U字状形状に折り畳まれる環状部分を形成するように、前記
    側壁を保持するための前記要素中に少なくとも部分的に軸方向へ差し込むことが
    できる手段(8、28); 前記U字状形状に折り畳まれた前記環状部分をヒートシールするための手段を
    含むことを特徴とする前記装置。
  5. 【請求項5】 前記側壁を保持する前記要素が内部要素(4)により構成さ
    れ、この要素が包装容器の充填管(2)の内部に位置しかつカラー(6)を有し
    、このカラーの外側表面が前記充填管の外表面に相当し、そして軸方向へ差し込
    むことのできる手段がプランジャー(8)により構成されることを特徴とする請
    求項4に記載の装置。
  6. 【請求項6】 前記装置が外側から包装容器の前進を生じさせるための狭い
    コンベアベルト(14)を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
  7. 【請求項7】 前記保持要素が、前記包装容器の外側に配置されたヒートシ
    ールバー(24)により構成され、前記ヒートシールバーは包装容器(16)を
    保持する吸引管(26)を備え、そして軸方向の挿入手段が二つの相互に向かい
    合ったプランジャー(28)で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載
    の装置。
  8. 【請求項8】 前記軸方向の挿入手段がヒートシールバー(32)で構成さ
    れ、このバーが包装容器を取り囲むヒートシールバーに接合されていることを特
    徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
  9. 【請求項9】 前記包装容器の少なくとも閉じた下端が、内側へU字状形状
    に折り畳まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法により得られた包装
    容器。
  10. 【請求項10】 前記U字状形状に折り畳まれた端が、強化バンドを有する
    ことを特徴とする請求項9記載の包装容器。
