Description

DESCRIZIONE
dell’invenzione avente per titolo:
“Un Procedimento per realizzare confezioni a tubo in materiale flessibile, una apparecchiatura per effettuare il procedimento ed una confezione ottenuta con. l ‘apparecchiatura”
La presente invenzione concerne un procedimento per realizzare confezioni a tubo in materiale flessibile, una apparecchiatura per effettuare il procedimento ed una confezione ottenuta con l'apparecchiatura.
Sono note confezioni (contenitori) in materiale flessibile utilizzati per contenere caffè, biscotti, bustine da te. Allo scopo di presentare una certa stabilità, queste confezioni presentano il fondo rinforzato ottenuto per saldatura di una porzione preformata di materiale rigido.
Sono note altresì confezioni con fondo quadrato ottenuto per piegatura di un nastro continuo.
Sono note altresì confezioni provviste di rinforzi laterali posti all'interno od all'esterno delle pareti laterali sempre con lo scopo di assicurare una certa stabilità alla confezione.
Tutte queste note confezioni presentano alcuni inconvenienti, ed in particolare:
- una certa laboriosità nella realizzazione del fondo,
- una non affidabile stabilità,
- la perdita della forma a seguito dell'introduzione del prodotto,
- l'ottenimento di forme che mal si prestano all'ottimizzazione degli spazi (trasporto, scaffalature).
Scopo dell'invenzione è di eliminare tali inconvenienti e di realizzare un procedimento che consenta di realizzare in modo semplice ed agevole confezioni con fondo rinforzato.
Altro scopo dell’invenzione è di realizzare un procedimento che consenta di utilizzare un’apparecchiatura in linea con la stazione di riempimento oppure immediatamente dopo la formazione del sacchetto.
Tali scopi ed altri che risulteranno dalla descrizione che segue sono raggiunti secondo l’invenzione con un procedimento per la formazione di confezioni a tubo in materiale flessibile caratterizzato dal fatto che ad almeno un'estremità chiusa della confezione a tubo si provoca il rientro ad U di una porzione anulare che viene almeno parzialmente saldata alla restante parte della confezione in corrispondenza delle porzioni affacciate.
La presente invenzione viene qui di seguito ulteriormente chiarita in una sua preferita forma di pratica realizzazione ed in alcune varianti realizzative riportate a scopo puramente esemplificativo e non limitativo con riferimento alle allegate tavole di disegni, in cui:
le figure 1-4 mostrano un’apparecchiatura secondo l’invenzione in quattro differenti fasi di preparazione della confezione,
le figure 5-7 mostrano una differente apparecchiatura in un modo diverso di funzionamento,
la figura 8 mostra il fondo di una confezione ottenuta con l’apparecchiatura,
le figure 9-10 mostrano una apparecchiatura per realizzare confezioni già riempite, e
le figure 11-12 mostrano una differente apparecchiatura.
Come si vede dalle figure il procedimento secondo l’invenzione prevede l'impiego di una apparecchiatura posta a valle di una tradizionale macchina formatrice o confezionatrice (non rappresentata nei disegni) di tipo verticale, della quale è stato rappresentato solamente il tubo finale 2 di riempimento. Nell'esempio illustrato il tubo ha forma quadrata, ma può avere anche forma circolare, ellittica, ecc.
In particolare deta apparecchiatura comprende un mandrino 4 avente la stessa forma del tubo, mobile verticalmente per mezzo di tradizionali dispositivi che non costituiscono oggeto dell'invenzione. Il mandrino è posto alli'nterno del tubo 2 ed è provvisto alla estremità inferiore di un collare 6 avente dimensioni esterne sostanzialmente corrispondenti a quelli del tubo 2.
Affacciato coassialmente a detto mandrino 4 è previsto un pistone 8 avente la stessa sezione del collare ma dimensioni inferiori.
Ai lati di questa apparecchiatura sono previste due coppie di barre saldanti 10, mobìli da e verso l’apparecchiatura, ad esempio per mezzo di martinetti idraulici 12 ai quali le barre saldanti sono solidali. Le barre saldanti possono essere altresì le stesse barre saldanti provviste di taglierina che sono utilizzate per saldare il fondo della confezione e separarla dal film flessibile proveniente dalla bobina. In particolare dete barre saldanti possono essere costituiti da dispositivi saldanti di tipo ad induzione, impulso, aria calda, radio frequenza, ultrasuoni e laser.
Inoltre ai fianchi del tubo sono previsti tradizionali cinghioli di trascinamento 14 del film flessibile 16 avvolto sul tubo e già saldato in corrispondenza dei lembi longitudinali.
L’utilizzazione dell'apparecchiatura in questa forma di realizzazione prevede che il nastro di film flessibile (materiale plastico, alluminio, carta), proveniente dalla bobina venga avvolto su un colletto formatore posto a monte del tubo 2 per formare una confezione a tubo continuo il cui fondo 17 viene saldato dalle barre saldanti 10 con metodi tradizionali.
Durante questa fase il mandrino 4 è completamente alloggiato all'interno del tubo 2 e la superficie del collare 6 forma con la superficie del tubo una superficie pressoché continua (cfr. fig. 1).
Viene quindi comandata la fuoriuscita del mandrino 4 dal tubo formatore 2, in modo tale che la confezione trascinata dai cinghioli 14 evidenzi un lembo anulare 18 avente altezza sostanzialmente doppia dell'altezza del fondo rinforzato da realizzare sulla confezione (cfr. figura 2).
Successivamente viene comandata una parziale risalita del collare 6 e quindi la salita del pistone 8 con parziale inserimento aH'intemo del collare 6 in modo da provocare l'inserimento ad U del lembo anulare 18 nella confezione ed evidenziare pertanto una gonna anulare 20 che avvolge completamente il collare 6 (cfr. figura 3). Viene quindi comandata la salita del mandrino 4 e del collare 6, che viene riportato alla sua posizione originaria, ed il contemporaneo avanzamento delle barre saldanti 10 che effettuano la saldatura dei due lembi della gonna interno contro interno usando come riscontro il pistone 8.
Viene quindi introdotto il prodotto all’interno del tubo 2, e la confezione, dopo essere stata saldata in corrispondenza della estremità di testa, viene inviata alle successive lavorazioni.
In una differente forma di realizzazione (non rappresentata nei disegni) il collare 6 è interessato da una pluralità di aperture a cui corrispondono zone calde nelle barre saldanti: questa forma di realizzazione consente di effettuare la saldatura della gonna, sebbene per zone discontinue, senza richiedere il sollevamento del mandrino 4.
Nella forma di realizzazione illustrata nelle figure 5 e 7 il procedimento prevede che il pistone 8 venga introdotto all'interno del tubo 2 trascinando una porzione di film flessibile a formare una gonna anulare 20 come nel precedente caso. Vengono quindi fatte avanzare verso detta gonna particolari barre saldanti 110 provviste di ventose 112 che unitamente al pistone provvedono a sfilare la gonna dal collare 6. Una volta che la gonna è stata sfilata dal collare le barre saldanti esercitano la loro azione di saldatura utilizzando anche in questo caso come riscontro il pistone. Viene quindi introdotto il prodotto all'interno del tubo e la confezione viene inviata alle successive lavorazioni.
In casi particolari è pure previsto che la confezione, una volta che la gonna è stata formata e saldata, venga tagliata dalla restante parte di film continuo e venga appiattita in corrispondenza dell'estremità a formare due lembi che vengono successivamente saldati. La confezione viene quindi aperta all’altra estremità per effettuare il riempimento con il prodotto.
Allo scopo di assicurare una maggiore stabilità alla confezione ottenuta è prevedibile che il film costituente la confezione sia interessato da bande trasversali di rinforzo, dello stesso materiate o di altro materiale, che durante la fase di formazione della confezione si vengono a trovare proprio in corrispondenza della zona che forma la gonna. Questa soluzione presenta l'ulteriore vantaggio di ottenere una confezione più stabile.
Allo scopo poi di assicurare un gradevole aspetto estetico alla confezione il procedimento prevede di inserire, all'interno del fondo incavato così ottenuto e delimitato dalla gonna, una corrispondente sagoma.
Nella forma di realizzazione illustrata nelle figure 9 e 10 è rappresentata una apparecchiatura di tipo orizzontale per effettuare la formazione di confezioni con il prodotto già inserito nella confezione.
In questa forma di realizzazione l'apparecchiatura comprende una camera 22 di alloggiamento della confezione, la quale camera è formata da quattro pareti mobili 24 costituite da barre saldanti provviste di ventose 26 di presa e da due punzoni 28 saldanti mobili assialmente verso l'interno di detta camera. In particolare le barre saldanti 24 hanno dimensioni in lunghezza sostanzialmente corrispondenti a quelle del tubo che deve formare la confezione.
Il procedimento secondo l'invenzione in questa forma di realizzazione prevede che la confezione, oramai chiusa alle estremità, venga saldamente trattenuta in corrispondenza delle superfici laterali dalle ventose 26 delle barre saldanti 24 e che venga successivamente provocato l'inserimento assiale dei punzoni 28 in modo da formare in corrispondenza delle due estremità due gonne anulari 30 che grazie all'azione termica delle barre 24 ed al riscontro dei punzoni 28 vengono saldate interno contro interno.
Nella forma di realizzazione illustrata nelle figure 11 e 12 i punzoni sono stati sostituiti dall'impiego di coppie di barre saldanti 32 articolate alle estremità delle pareti 24 e che a seguito della loro rotazione provocano il rientro del fondo all'interno della camera a formare anche in questo caso una gonna anulare 30.
La presente invenzione è stata illustrata e descritta in una sua preferita forma di pratica realizzazione ed in alcune varianti esecutive, ma si intende che altre varianti esecutive potranno ad essa in pratica apportarsi senza peraltro uscire dall’ambito di protezione del presente brevetto per invenzione industriale.

Claims (11)

  1. R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I 1. Procedimento per realizzare confezioni a tubo in materiale flessibile caratterizzato dal fatto che ad almeno un'estremità chiusa della confezione a tubo si provoca il rientro ad U di una porzione anulare che viene almeno parzialmente saldata alla restante parte della confezione in corrrispondenza delle porzioni affacciate.
  2. 2. Procedimento secondo la rivendicazione 1 caratterizzato dal fatto che si impiega un film flessibile interessato trasversalmente da bande di rinforzo in corrispondenza delle zone sulle quali si provoca il rientro ad U in fase di formatura.
  3. 3. Procedimento secondo la rivendicazione 1 caratterizzato dal fatto che al fondo incavato si applica una corrispondente sagoma.
  4. 4. Apparecchiatura per effettuare il procedimento secondo una delle rivendicazioni da 1 a 3 caratterizzata dal fatto di comprendere: - organi (4, 24) di trattenimento delle pareti laterali della confezione (16) che presenta almeno un’estremità chiusa (17), - mezzi (8, 28) inseribili assialmente almeno parzialmente all'interno di detti organi di trattenimento di tali pareti laterali a formare in corrispondenza di detta estremità chiusa un lembo anulare ripiegato ad U, - mezzi saldanti di detto lembo anulare ripiegato ad U.
  5. 5. Apparecchiatura secondo la rivendicazione 4 caratterizzata dal fatto che detti organi cavi di trattenimento sono costituiti da un mandrino (4) posto all’interno del tubo di riempimento (2) della confezione e che presenta un collare (6) la cui superficie esterna corrisponde alla superficie esterna del mandrino, e che i mezzi inseribili assialmente sono costituiti da un pistone (8).
  6. 6. Apparecchiatura secondo la rivendicazione 4 caratterizzata dal fatto di comprendere cinghioli di trascinamento (14) dall’esterno della confezione.
  7. 7. Apparecchiatura secondo la rivendicazione 4 caratterizzata dal fatto che l’organo di trattenimento è costituito da barre saldanti (24) disposte esternamente alla confezione, dette barre saldanti essendo provviste dì ventose (26) per il trattenimento della confezione, e che i mezzi di inserimento assiale sono costituiti da due pistoni contrapposti (28).
  8. 8. Apparecchiatura secondo la rivendicazione 4 caratterizzata dal fatto che i mezzi di inserimento assiale sono costituiti da barre saldanti (32) articolate alle barre saldanti che avvolgono la confezione.
  9. 9. Confezione ottenuta con il procedimento secondo le rivendicazioni da 1 a 3 caratterizzata da fatto che almeno il bordo inferiore chiuso è ripiegato all’interno ad U.
  10. 10. Confezione secondo la rivendicazione 9 caratterizzata dal fatto che il bordo ripiegato ad U presenta una fascia di rinforzo.
  11. 11. Procedimento per realizzare confezioni a tubo in materiale flessibile secondo le rivendicazioni da 1 a 3, apparecchiatura per effettuare il procedimento secondo le rivendicazioni da 4 a 8, confezione ottenuta secondo le rivendicazioni 9 e 10 e sostanzialmente come illustrati e descritti.
