Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 材料を受け取るための注入口と、 分配システムから材料が分配される排出口と、 調整可能な容積を有する内部チャンバと、該材料が通過して該内部チャンバに 流入する第一の開口部と、該材料が通過して該内部チャンバから流出する第二の 開口部とを含むハウジングと、 動作の開モードおよび動作の閉モードの一つにおいて動作可能な第一の弁であ って、該第一の弁が該開モードで動作しているときに、該材料が該注入口から該 第一の開口部を通り該内部チャンバに流入し得、該第一の弁が該閉モードで動作 しているときに、該材料が該注入口から該内部チャンバに流入するのを阻止する ように、該第一の弁が該注入口と該第一の開口部との間に配置されている、第一 の弁と、 動作の開モードおよび動作の閉モードの一つにおいて動作可能な第二の弁であ って、該第二の弁が該開モードで動作しているときに、材料が該内部チャンバか ら該第二の開口部を通り該排出口に流出し得、該第二の弁が該閉モードで動作し ているときに、該材料が該内部チャンバから該排出口に流出するのを阻止される ように、該第二の弁が該排出口と該第二の開口部との間に配置されている、第二 の弁と、 を備えている、材料の定量を分配するための分配システム。 2. 前記第一の弁の前記動作モードが、前記注入口で受け取られる前記材料 の圧力と前記内部チャンバ中の該材料の圧力との差に基づいて一部制御されるよ うに、該第一の弁が構成および配置される、請求項1に記載の分配システム。 3. 前記第二の弁の前記動作モードが、前記内部チャンバ内の前記材料の圧 力と前記排出口での周囲気圧との差に基づいて一部制御されるように、該第二の 弁が構成および配置される、請求項2に記載の分配システム。 4. 前記第一の弁が、前記注入口内の前記材料の前記圧力が、ばね力によっ て与えられる圧力と前記内部チャンバにおける前記材料の前記圧力との合計より も大きくない限り、該第一の弁を動作の前記閉モードで動作させる該ばね力を提 供する第一のばねを含む、請求項3に記載の分配システム。 5. 前記第二の弁が、前記内部チャンバ内の前記材料の前記圧力が、第二の ばねのばね力によって与えられる圧力と前記排出口での前記周囲気圧との合計よ りも大きくない限り、該第二の弁を動作の前記閉モードで動作させる該ばね力を 提供する第二のばねを含む、請求項4に記載の分配システム。 6. 前記第二のばねによって提供される前記ばね力は、前記第一のばねによ って提供される前記ばね力よりも大きい、請求項5に記載の分配システム。 7. 前記ハウジングが、前記内部チャンバの容積を変化させるために該内部 チャンバ内で移動可能なピストンを含む、請求項6に記載の分配システム。 8. 前記ハウジングが、前記ピストンに結合されたボールねじを含む、請求 項7に記載の分配システム。 9. 前記ボールねじの位置を制御し、それによって前記内部チャンバ内の前 記ピストンの位置を制御するために、結合ナットによって該ボールねじに結合さ れるモータをさらに備える、請求項8に記載の分配システム。 10. 前記分配システムによって分配される材料を含むシリンジであって、該 シリンジは、該分配システムの前記注入口に結合された排出口を有する、シリン ジと、 該シリンジに結合されたシリンジカバーと、 をさらに備える、請求項9に記載の分配システム。 11. 前記第一の弁および前記第二の弁の各々が、ボールおよびシートタイプ 弁を用いて実行される、請求項10に記載の分配システム。 12. 前記ハウジングが、前記内部チャンバの前記容積を変えるために該内部 チャンバ内で移動可能なピストンを含む、請求項1に記載の分配システム。 13. 前記ハウジングが、前記ピストンに結合されたボールねじを含む、請求 項12に記載の分配システム。 14. 前記分配システムによって分配される材料を含むシリンジであって、該 シリンジは、該分配システムの前記注入口に結合された排出口を有する、シリン ジと、 該シリンジに結合されたシリンジカバーと、 をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の分配システム。 15. 材料を受け取るための注入口と、 分配システムから材料が分配される排出口と、 内部チャンバと、該材料が通過して該内部チャンバに流入する第一の開口部と 、該材料が通過して該内部チャンバから流出する第二の開口部とを含むハウジン グと、 該内部チャンバ内の気圧を下げて、該注入口および該第一の開口部を介して該 内部チャンバを材料で充填するための手段と、 前記内部チャンバ内の該材料への圧力を増大させて、該材料を基盤上に分配す るために該材料を該内部チャンバから該排出口に移動させるための手段と、 を備える、材料の定量を分配するための分配システム。 16. 前記気圧を下げるための手段が、前記内部チャンバ内に配置されている 引込式のピストンを含む、請求項15に記載の分配システム。 17. 前記分配システムによって分配される前記材料を含むシリンジであって 、該シリンジは、該分配システムの前記注入口に結合された排出口を有する、シ リンジと、 該シリンジに結合されたシリンジカバーであって、該シリンジカバーは、該シ リンジ中の該材料に圧力を供給し、該シリンジの該排出口から該材料を流出させ 、該分配システムの該注入口に流入させる供給手段を含む、シリンジカバーと、 をさらに備える、請求項15に記載の分配システム。 18. 材料を受け取るための注入口と、該材料が分配システムから分配される 排出口と、内部チャンバ、該材料が通過して該内部チャンバに流入する第一の開 口部、および該材料が通過して該内部チャンバから流出する第二の開口部を含む ハウジングと、を有する分配システムにおいて、 該内部チャンバ内の気圧を下げて、該材料を該注入口および該第一の開口部を 通り、該内部チャンバに流入させる工程と、 該内部チャンバ内の該材料への圧力を増大させ、該材料を該内部チャンバから 該第二の開口部および該排出口を通って流出させて、該分配システムによって分 配させる工程と、 を包含する、材料を分配する方法。 19. 前記気圧を下げる工程が、前記内部チャンバの容積を増大させる工程を 含み、前記圧力を増大させる工程が、該内部チャンバの該容積を減少させる工程 を含む、請求項18に記載の方法。 20. 前記分配システムが、前記注入口内に配置される注入弁と、前記排出口 内に配置される排出弁とをさらに含み、前記気圧を下げる工程が、該注入弁を開 く工程を含み、前記圧力を増大させる工程が、該注入弁を閉じ、該排出弁を開く 工程を含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
