Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 改造セルロース繊維であって、乾燥ゼロ・スパン引張インデックスが対 応する未改造セルロース繊維の乾燥ゼロ・スパン引張インデックスより少なくと も35%低い改造セルロース繊維。 2. 乾燥ゼロ・スパン引張インデックス対湿潤ゼロ・スパン引張インデック スの比が1.5から3を示す改造セルロース繊維。 3. 乾燥ゼロ・スパン引張インデックスが対応する未改造セルロース繊維の 乾燥ゼロ・スパン引張インデックスより少なくとも40%、好ましくは少なくと も45%低い請求の範囲第1項または2項の改造セルロース繊維。 4. 前記繊維が、改造された北方、南方および熱帯軟木クラフトパルプから なる群、好ましくは改造北方軟木クラフト繊維、改造南方軟木クラフト繊維およ びその混合物;改造北方パルプ、南方および熱帯硬木クラフトパルプ;改造北方 、南方および熱帯硬木亜硫酸パルプ;並びに改造北方、南方および熱帯軟木亜硫 酸パルプ;並びにその混合物からなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項の改造セルロース繊維。 5. 前記改造繊維が、1つまたは2つ以上のセルラーゼ酵素およびセルロー ス繊維を混合し、前記繊維の乾燥ゼロ・スパン引張インデックスを少なくとも3 5%減少させるために十分な時間当該混合物を反応させることによって調製され ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4項のいずれか1項に記載の改造セ ルロース繊維。 6. 0.4g/ccより大きくない密度を有する繊維構造物であって、前記 繊維構造物が、対応する未改造セルロース繊維の乾燥ゼロ・スパン引張インデッ クスより少なくとも15%低い乾燥ゼロ・スパン引張インデックスを有すること を特徴とし、さらに前記繊維構造物が、対応する未改造繊維で調製された繊維構 造物の曲げモジュール/単位乾燥引張より少なくとも30%低い曲げモジュール /単位乾燥引張を有することを特徴とする繊維構造物。 7. 前記繊維構造物が、対応する未改造セルロース繊維の乾燥ゼロ・スパン 引張インデックスより少なくとも20%低い、好ましくは少なくとも25%低い 乾燥ゼロ・スパン引張インデックスを有する改造セルロース繊維を含むことを特 徴とし、さらに前記繊維構造物が、対応する未改造繊維で調製された繊維構造物 の曲げモジュール/単位乾燥引張より少なくとも35%、好ましくは少なくとも 40%低い曲げモジュール/単位乾燥引張を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲 第6項に記載の繊維構造物。 8. 前記改造繊維が、改造された北方、南方および熱帯軟木クラフトパルプ ;改造された北方、南方および熱帯硬木クラフトパルプ;改造された北方、南方 および熱帯硬木亜硫酸パルプ;改造された北方、南方および熱帯軟木亜硫酸パル プ;並びにその混合物からなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6 項または7項に記載の繊維構造物。 9. 前記改造セルロース繊維からなる手すき紙が、対応する未改造セルロー ス繊維からなる対応する手すき紙の乾燥引張インデックスの少なくとも90%で ある乾燥引張インデックス、好ましくは、対応する未改造セルロース繊維からな る対応する手すき紙の乾燥引張インデックスより少なくとも5%高い乾燥引張イ ンデックスを有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から8項のいずれか1項 に記載の繊維構造物。 10. 1つまたは2つ以上のセルラーゼ酵素およびセルロース繊維を混合し 、さらに前記繊維の乾燥ゼロ・スパン引張インデックスを、対応する未改造繊維 の乾燥ゼロ・スパン引張インデックスと比較して少なくとも35%減少させるた めに十分な時間、前記混合物を反応させることを含む改造セルロース繊維の調製 方法。 11. 結合剤をまた繊維と反応させること特徴とする請求の範囲第10項に 記載の方法。 12. ファミリー45類のセルラーゼに属する1つまたは2つ以上の酵素が セルロース繊維と混合され、好ましくは前記1つまたは2つ以上の酵素が、エン ドグルカナーゼEGV、セルクラスト、セルザイム、ペルゴザイムおよびその混 合物からなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項または11項 に記載の方法。 13. 前記繊維を1つまたは2つ以上の酵素と反応させた後、1つまたは2 つ以上の脱結合剤がセルロース繊維と混合されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 11項に記載の方法。 14. 前記1つまたは2つ以上の脱結合剤が、前記改造繊維の乾燥重量を基 準にして少なくとも1%のレベルで前記繊維と結合されることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第11項または13項に記載の方法。 15. 前記1つまたは2つ以上の脱結合剤が、飽和および不飽和脂肪酸並び に脂肪酸塩;無水アルケニルコハク酸;アルケニルコハク酸;アルケニルコハク 酸塩;ソルビタンモノ−、ジ−およびトリ−エステル;第三アミンおよびその誘 導体;アミンオキシド;第四アミン;シリコーン系化合物;微粒子化粘土;微粒 子化ケイ酸塩;並びにその混合物からなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第11項、13項または14項に記載の方法。
