Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 有効物質と浸透剤を収容するカプセルと、 外部環境からの流体に対し透過性を有し、カプセル内に浸透圧を発生させる浸 透現象により上記流体をカプセル内に案内する、カプセルの壁の少なくとも一部 分と、 浸透圧を有効物質に作用する手段と、 カプセルと液体接続される少なくとも1つのスリットオリフィスを設けたフレ キシブル部材であって、有効物質の圧力が所定の圧力以下になると上記スリット オリフィスが閉鎖されるものと、 を有することを特徴とする供給装置。 2. 上記カプセルが開口端部を有すること、及びフレキシブル部材がカプセル の上記開口端部にはめ込まれる栓であることを特徴とする請求項1の供給装置。 3. 上記栓は、 カプセル内に配置される内側部分と、 カプセルの端部を超えて伸びるとともに、スリットオリフィスが配置された外 側部分と、 を有する請求項2の供給装置。 4. 上記栓の内側部分に配置されるとともに、スリットオリフィスとカプセル の内側とに液体接続された硬質のチューブをさらに有する請求項1の供給装置。 5. 上記フレキシブル部材とカプセルの間に連結されるとともに、スリットオ リフィスとカプセルとに液体接続されたチューブをさらに有する請求項1の供給 装置。 6. 上記チューブは、有効物質の流れを通すカテーテルであることを特徴とす る請求項5の供給装置。 7. カプセルの開口端部にはめ込まれるとともに、上記チューブを収容する開 口部を有する栓をさらに有し、 上記チューブが上記栓を半径方向外側に押すことにより、上記栓とカプセルと の間に密閉を形成することを特徴とする請求項5の供給装置。 8. 流体に対し透過性を有する上記壁の一部が膜であることを特徴とする請求 項1の供給装置。 9. 上記フレキシブル部材は、 スリットオリフィスの上流側に配置され、凹部を有する第1の部分と、スリッ トオリフィスが配置された第2の部分とを有し、 上記凹部が有効物質の流れ方向に対して鋭角をなす壁を有し、これにより、有 効物質の流れが上記フレキシブル部材に対し半径方向外側に力を作用することを 特徴とする請求項1の供給装置。 10. 上記凹部の壁が円錐状をなし、円錐の頂点がスリットオリフィスと交差 することを特徴とする請求項9の供給装置。 11. 上記フレキシブル部材が複数のスリットオリフィスを有することを特徴 とする請求項1の供給装置。 12. 有効物質と浸透剤を収容するカプセルと、 外部環境からの流体に対し透過性を有し、カプセル内に浸透圧を発生させる浸 透現象により上記流体をカプセル内に案内する、カプセルの壁の少なくとも一部 分と、 浸透圧を有効物質に作用する手段と、 断面積が変更可能な少なくとも1つのオリフィスを設けたフレキシブル部材と 、を有することを特徴とする供給装置。 13. 供給用の有効物質を収容する部屋と、 上記部屋の内部と液体接続されるスリットオリフィスを設けたフレキシブル部 材と、を有する供給装置であって、上記フレキシブル部材が、 スリットオリフィスの上流側に配置され、有効物質の流れ方向に対して鋭角を なす壁を有する凹部を設けた第1の部分と、 スリットオリフィスが配置された第2の部分と、 有効物質に対し圧力を作用し、これにより有効物質を凹部及びスリットオリフ ィスから押し出す手段と有することを特徴とする供給装置。 14. 上記カプセルが円筒状の壁を有するとともに、供給装置がさらにカプセ ルの円筒壁の内部に固定された円筒部材を有し、 上記円筒部材は、該円筒部材内に上記フレキシブル部材を保持するために、半 径方向内側に伸びたフランジを有することを特徴とする請求項13の供給装置。 15. 上記円筒部材が金属であることを特徴とする請求項14の供給装置。 16. カプセルの外壁から内側に伸びたフランジをさらに有する供給装置にお いて、 上記フランジが中央に開口部を形成し、この中央開口部は、上記フレキシブル 部材の第1の部分の断面積よりも小さく且つ上記フレキシブル部材の第2の部分 の断面積よりも大きな第1の断面積を有することを特徴とする請求項13の供給 装置。 17. 供給装置を作成する方法であって、 供給装置の部屋を、既知の粘度を有する有効物質で満たす工程と、 有効物質の流れ方向に対して所定の角度をなす壁を有する第1の部分と、該第 1の部分の下流側に設けたスリットオリフィスとを備えた、有効物質を供給する ための出口用通路を形成する工程と、 有効物質の流れ方向に対する上記壁のなす角度を、有効物質の上記粘度に基づ いて選択する工程とを含む方法。 18. 上記出口用通路の第1の部分を、スリットオリフィスと交差する頂点を 有する円錐状に形成する工程をさらに含む請求項16の方法。
