Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 被分析物の存在に関する、あるいは生物学的又は医学的パラメーターを測定 するためのアッセイにおいて、 磁性粒子を充填されたpH感受性材料にアッセイ成分を添加して、アッセイ 成分に被分折物又は測定されるパラメーターのファンクションであるpH変化を 生じさせ; 磁性粒子を振動磁界におき;かつ 磁性粒子に対する磁界の効果を測定することを特徴とする、被分析物の存在 に関する、あるいは生物学的又は医学的パラメーターを測定するためのアッセイ 。 2. アッセイされる標本と反応種との相互作用からアッセイ成分が生じる、請求 項1に記載のアッセイ。 3. 被分析物の存在に関するアッセイにおいて、 被分析物の存在に関してアッセイされる標本を反応種に接触させて、被分析 物を反応種と相互に作用させてpH変化を生じさせ; 磁性粒子で充填されたpH感受性材料と直接又は間接に反応させ; 磁界を磁性粒子に適用し; 磁界に対する前記の磁性粒子の応答をモニターし;かつ 磁性粒子の応答を分析することにより前記の標本中の被分析物の量を測定す る ことを特徴とする、被分析物の存在に関するアッセイ。 4. 生物学的又は医学的パラメーターを測定するためのアッセイにおいて、 生物学的又は医学的パラメーターに関してアッセイされる標本を反応種に接 触させて、標本を反応種と相互に作用させてpH変化を生じさせ; 磁性粒子で充填されたpH感受性材料と直接又は間接に反応させ; 磁界を磁性粒子に適用し; 磁界に対する前記の磁性粒子の応答をモニターし;かつ 磁性粒子の応答を分析することによりパラメーターを測定することを特徴と する、生物学的又は医学的パラメーターを測定するためのアッセイ。 5. 反応種がウレアーゼ又はグルコースオキシダーゼである、請求項2から5ま でのいずれか1項に記載のアッセイ。 6. アッセイ成分がヒドロキシル基である、請求項1又は2に記載のアッセイ。 7. pH感受性材料が腸溶ポリマー、有利には酢酸水素フタル酸セルロース、メ チルビニルエーテルマレイン酸無水物エステル、メタクリル酸のアニオン性 ポリマー又はメタクリル酸のエステルである、請求項1から6までのいずれか1 項に記載のアッセイ。 8. アッセイがイムノアッセイ、有利に酵素イムノアッセイである、請求項1か ら7のいずれか1項に記載のアッセイ。 9. 結合対反応により生じるpHが標本中の被分析物の存在又は標本の生物学的 又は医学的パラメーターのファンクションであり、かつpH感受性材料からの磁 性粒子の遊離を検出することを特徴とする、結合対アッセイ。 10.pH感受性材料中に捕捉された磁性粒子を含む反応チャンバ、磁界を発生さ せるための装置及び検出装置を有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記 載のアッセイを実施するためのキット。
